Great option for a family with large rooms, nice living and kitchen area, good amenities. Greenery all around, no traffic noise which is rare in Jakarta. Very kind staff. Pool was great too. Citos mall just around the corner. Good location.

Breakfast could be improved on a bit, and AC was a bit noisy but otherwise honestly this was a great stay.

Great staff, comfortable room and bed. Hot shower. I just love the place and go back there everytime I visit Jakarta, about once every other year.

The gym needs a make over.

The atmosphere of botanical is nice. Room is clean. The dinner menu is nice.

Hope the restaurant can serve free drinking water whether customer order drinks or not.

Nice place for staycation, good breakfast, spacious and clean room, nice staff.

Some of the parts in room are not in good condition. The tap in the bathroom is shaky, the electricity plugs are come out. I hope the hotel will also focus on the maintenance. When I stayed there, there was a wedding party and it the voice from the pool and people who walked around the hallway can be heard until 03.00 AM. Please make time regulation so the other guest can also enjoy the bedtime.

The decor was very modern, cozy and chic. The hotel wasn’t located near the main roads so we didn’t get much noise from the traffic.

The shower seemed a little clogged at one point. But it was fixed quickly.

Hospitable staff. Has a cafe and restaurant downstairs. Location is convenient as well. Room had a balcony with a nice view of nature. Easy to get into town without having to deal with the terrible traffic every time you want to leave the hotel

The staff, atmosphere, location, and especially the food are all excellent! My wife and I consider it better than several 4 & 5 star hotels we've stayed at before. Highly recommend to everyone!

Yesterday was the second time I stayed there, my shower didn't work properly but it didn't bother me that much.

The staff is excellent and tries everything to solve all your topics. Breakfast is great (especially in regards to the extra Menu) and due to all the plants the atmosphere is super cozy!

It has balcony and the food is good! The presentation is really nice. And I love how, even its looks small but the place is quite spacey and the garden looks green and fresh and no parking fee!!!
