A very nice apartment hotel with very friendly and helpful hosts. The rooms are well equipped and have great facilities. There is a lovely breakfast which you can enjoy outside or in your appartement. Everything is very clean and cosy. It’s on walking distance to the medina, but not too close. Parking is public at the other side of the street. Some self proclaimed parking managers ask 20 MAD per night.

Only downside is that there is a Mosque on the other side of the street. At 04:30 they loudly start the morning prayer with loudspeakers in the minaret. Giving that we were traveling with our 1 year old kid, this 15 min prayer marked the start of our day, given that he would wake up from the loud noise.

Location was good, 8-10 minutes walking from Medina and main square with restaurants. Right across the street was parking, so for travelers with cars is very comfortable. Simple but delicious and fresh breakfast served on an open terrace with partial view of mountains. Happy with my choice of this place. Special thanks to Said who helped us with luggage (4 big bags), he brought it to the room and back to our car the next day. Wi-fi worked good.

There was only 1 roll of toilet paper which was half used, no extra new roll. Also one towel was kind of dirty (it was washed but with stains). Everything else was good.

Everything about our stay was fantastic! Check-in was incredibly smooth—upon arrival, a very kind gentleman met us at the apartment and made us feel immediately welcome. Throughout our stay, he went above and beyond, preparing breakfast for us, answering all our questions, and offering the warmest hospitality. The apartment itself was cozy and spotless, with the most comfortable bed and pillows we’ve had anywhere in Morocco—such a treat after long days of exploring! The attention to detail and cleanliness made our stay even more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re visiting Chefchaouen, this is the perfect place to stay! Thank you for such a comfortable and friendly experience.

Excellent location away from the intensity of the Medina with easy access to the lower town and a steep walk up from the bus station. The restaurants in easy walking distance were good so the absence of kitchen basics (oil, salt, pepper, washing up liquid, towel, chopping board) was not a problem. The staff were friendly but don't speak English. Prompt help is available in English through WhatsApp communication. Breakfast is served at a time of your choosing in the morning. If it is too cold or windy outside then it is served indoors. It is important to remember your front door key as there is no reception and to make contact prior to arrival so that there is someone there to greet you. The apartment was very clean but the windows did not admit much light so the good electric lighting was welcome.

The wifi is intermittent and the Aparthotel tried very hard to fix this so it is not their fault.

We ended up staying for 4 nights instead of 3 as my husband was poorly. We stayed in a suite on the ground floor and it wasn’t noisy and very comfortable with a seating area and a tv (you can really only get YouTube if UK). The breakfast was typically Moroccan and very good. We ate on one of the 3 terraces but if it is too cold you can eat in your room. The guys who own/run it are lovely and cared for us well. The location is a very short walk to the medina and convenient for everything (note it is an extremely steep walk if you decide to walk from the bus station - I believe it is about 18-20 dirham for a petite taxi) We loved Tissemlal restaurant in the medina; great food.

Nice Aparthotel in the center of the city but outside the old city ( Madina) approximately 10 minute walk.There is a car parking just in front of the hotel which is a bonus. Spacious room and well organized. Kind and friendly staff ready to help you with any issues. Moroccan breakfast is served every morning at the terrace. Would like to thanks Saeid and the two lovely ladies for their service and patience.

The bathroom is small , there is no place to put your stuff. Very small trash can must be changed.

We drove to Chefchaouen and Nassim was great to advise his location and give advice on the best route to take from Casablanca. Parking is right across the road for 20 dirhams a day. You can ask attendant to clean the car for 40dh. Location is great - it’s a short walk to everything, convenience shops at doorstep and petrol station round the corner and 2.7km if you want to hike up to Spanish Mosque. Room is clean and spacious, we did not cook but kitchen is handy for cleaning water bottles etc and we had family game night on the sofa..there was Netflix on the TV but we did not watch.. Breakfast was lovely, served when you want it and on the terrace or in your room. Nassim, Abdul and a lovely lady made our stay so comfortable. There is no sign with the name but it’s right across the mosque so look for the lovely doorway.

Lovely owner, large and modern bedroom and living room. Absolutely perfect location in the centre of town. Good AC.

Our stove didn’t work and we had ants in the living room area. As a ground floor property i suspect this is inevitable in Morocco and overall it didn’t impact our stay but something could be done to reduce this issue. The parking was not free - it is in a parking lot Oposite the hotel ran by a couple of men who will ask you for money every time you go to your car to get something or to leave. At times we were worried about the safety of our car as we didn’t pay them anything till we left and we knew they weren’t happy with us! This is absolutely not the fault of the hotel, but the parking should not be listed as free as you will need to pay something.

Very nice place located not far from Medina and CTM bus station. You can drive by car directly to the door of aparthotel what is very convenient. So you don’t need to carry your suitcases by yourself to the mountains of Medina. Interior is very fresh and cosy. You have everything you need. And of course lovely terrace is a nice bonus. The guy on reception was very friendly and helpful. He answered all our questions. Helped us to catch the taxi at 6 am. And when found out that we are leaving so early before the breakfast time he kindly treated us to home made Harira. And it was the best Harira that we had during all our journey to Morocco. Next time to Chaouen we will stay here again.

The Wifi was a little bit slow in our room. But on the terrace the connection was good. Maybe they should use more powerful router to fix that.

The facility is clean, and the staff is very nice. The breakfast is modest. You're about a 20 minute walk away from the central Square in the Medina. There is nothing "traditional" about it.

The description of the room when I booked it was that it was "detached" which it is not. You definitely want a room that is not facing the street, as that would be quite noisy. The air conditioning unit is in the living room part of the apartment, so if you want privacy in the bedroom, the air would not reach you.
