The location was incredible—perched above the medina with breathtaking views. The interior and gardens were beautiful, peaceful, and very well-maintained. Staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, and the breakfast was one of the best we had in Morocco.

The stairs up to the property are quite a workout, but the view makes it totally worth it.

Service and attention to details were perfect. The suite was very well equipped, the restaurant was perfect with diverse menu options and the whole service staff were really friendly, nice and welcoming. We felt so welcomed and cared for.

Super great staff: accommodating, helpful, considerate, English spoken by all. Oh, and the view of the "blue medina" from the hotel is picture-perfect, including the 20:30 sunset!

Nothing really. Yes, there are steps to get up to this beautiful Dar, but, steps and walking are to be expected when traveling.

Dar Jasmine is a GORGEOUS property. You have to walk up many stairs to get there, but it is worth the effort! The breakfast is gourmet (I am still thinking about the yogurt). I would absolutely recommend anyone coming to Chefchauen to stay here.

We can't thank Dar Jasmine enough for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Every single person at this hotel has been exceptional and so lovely, helpful and kind during our stay. A massive big thank you to Fatima for all the warm welcomes as we returned from exploring Chefchaouen each day, for helping us to retrieve our delayed suitcase from the airport and for arranging pickups and tours, she made everything so easy. Aymane was an absolute legend at dinner time! So friendly and kind we enjoyed all our chats and what a great idea surprising us with a little honeymoon treat a special dessert and flower for my wife at dinner. Also Yassine our tour guide arranged by Dar Jasmine was the best! So informative and helpful during our tour to Akchour waterfall ask for Yassine if you want a great relaxed day out. Honestly our experience at Dar Jasmine has been one of the best hotel stays we have ever had and that is all down to the care and hospitality of the brilliant people working here! It really does feel like a home away from home.

Stunning view, exceptional staff, comfortable and clean room, and delicious food in the restaurant which had beautiful views. The staff make you feel like you are the only guest. Attention to detail and our needs was above and beyond. The breakfast was fulsome and delicious, the dinner was romantic and devine. Trust me…. Of all the hotels or Riads available in the city - this one will take your breath away.

Note that if you go in car you will need to part in a public lot at the base of the hotel, which is guarded. What is great is the staff will meet you at the base of the hotel, ensure that you get a parking spot and carry your luggage to your room. We took a Jaguar and had no concerns leaving it in the lot.

We had an incredible experience staying at Dar Jasmine. The location is superb and the views and setting are worth every step you have to climb. The pool and outdoor areas are sublime and the room space, decor and terrace the best we have encountered on our holiday. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to offer incredible, personal hospitality. It was my birthday and we enjoyed a delicious dinner on the terrace with the electric blue city outlook and the waiter brought out a cake, put birthday music on, singing - the works. I recommend eating there and enjoying the vista and overall serenity. Breakfast all homemade and amazing. I doubt we would have enjoyed our visit half as much if we did not stay at Dar Jasmine. It was a pleasure to meet the owner as well and congratulate her on the work and vision to create such a magical place.

Dar Jasmine is the most beautiful and unique hotel I have stayed at in years of travelling. The design is unique and each room is beautiful. The hotel has the best views of chefchaouen comparable to the view from Spanish mosque. The pool is lovely. The service is great.

It's painful to climb more than 130 stairs with a 30kg luggage.

Location: Perfect location - close to the Medina. Stunning views from the top of the hotel. Hotel: Beautifully decorated - different seating areas. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Reception: Very attentive to our needs - nothing was too much for them. Staff: All incredibly polite and caring - they were there for anything we needed. One soon became part of the family at Dar Jasmine. Breakfast: Great variety - very filling and delicious. Muhammad, Shima and all the other staff members were an absolute delight. Porters helped with our luggage up and down the stairs. We will highly recommend Dar Jasmine 10/10
