We can't thank Dar Jasmine enough for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. Every single person at this hotel has been exceptional and so lovely, helpful and kind during our stay. A massive big thank you to Fatima for all the warm welcomes as we returned from exploring Chefchaouen each day, for helping us to retrieve our delayed suitcase from the airport and for arranging pickups and tours, she made everything so easy. Aymane was an absolute legend at dinner time! So friendly and kind we enjoyed all our chats and what a great idea surprising us with a little honeymoon treat a special dessert and flower for my wife at dinner. Also Yassine our tour guide arranged by Dar Jasmine was the best! So informative and helpful during our tour to Akchour waterfall ask for Yassine if you want a great relaxed day out. Honestly our experience at Dar Jasmine has been one of the best hotel stays we have ever had and that is all down to the care and hospitality of the brilliant people working here! It really does feel like a home away from home.

Stunning view, exceptional staff, comfortable and clean room, and delicious food in the restaurant which had beautiful views. The staff make you feel like you are the only guest. Attention to detail and our needs was above and beyond. The breakfast was fulsome and delicious, the dinner was romantic and devine. Trust me…. Of all the hotels or Riads available in the city - this one will take your breath away.

Note that if you go in car you will need to part in a public lot at the base of the hotel, which is guarded. What is great is the staff will meet you at the base of the hotel, ensure that you get a parking spot and carry your luggage to your room. We took a Jaguar and had no concerns leaving it in the lot.

We had an incredible experience staying at Dar Jasmine. The location is superb and the views and setting are worth every step you have to climb. The pool and outdoor areas are sublime and the room space, decor and terrace the best we have encountered on our holiday. The staff are exceptional and go out of their way to offer incredible, personal hospitality. It was my birthday and we enjoyed a delicious dinner on the terrace with the electric blue city outlook and the waiter brought out a cake, put birthday music on, singing - the works. I recommend eating there and enjoying the vista and overall serenity. Breakfast all homemade and amazing. I doubt we would have enjoyed our visit half as much if we did not stay at Dar Jasmine. It was a pleasure to meet the owner as well and congratulate her on the work and vision to create such a magical place.

Very luxury and large room with very good view. Nice and friendly staffs, clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast and dinner. Feel like home.

It's painful to climb more than 130 stairs with a 30kg luggage.

Location: Perfect location - close to the Medina. Stunning views from the top of the hotel. Hotel: Beautifully decorated - different seating areas. Room was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Reception: Very attentive to our needs - nothing was too much for them. Staff: All incredibly polite and caring - they were there for anything we needed. One soon became part of the family at Dar Jasmine. Breakfast: Great variety - very filling and delicious. Muhammad, Shima and all the other staff members were an absolute delight. Porters helped with our luggage up and down the stairs. We will highly recommend Dar Jasmine 10/10

Absolutely everything!!! Our stay was amazing!! We were sad that we only had 1 day there. Dar Jasmine was so warm and welcoming. Attention paid to every detail-it even smelled great! I knew I would like the property from the photos online but when I got there I fell in love. The staff were just as amazing as the property. They were kind, informative, helpful and funny. Special thanks to Abdullah, Mohamed and everyone we came in contact with during our stay- there were quite a few and unfortunately I cannot recall everyone’s name at the moment. When I sent pictures to my mother she asked “are you in heaven or Morocco?”

Nothing-It was perfect!

WOW. Worth the walk up the hill which some have mentioned. Property was so nice and relaxing that we hardly went down into the blue city. Painstakingly built over 5 years into this mountain. Everything was exceptional and comfortable. The Service, beds, dining, shower, pool area, and VIEWS. Cannot recommend enough as this was the highlight of our 10 day trip around Morocco.

If parking your own car it can feel little overwhelming but just park with the people closest to hotel, give a few small tips and they will make sure your car is safe. Can call the hotel upon arrival and they will come down to make sure you park and get your bags up the hill. Also they don’t have license to serve alcohol I believe if that’s important to you. It did not matter to us.

EVERYTHING about Dar Jasmine is perfection! You are greeted with lovely lemonade. The staff is helpful & kind. The location is on a hill overlooking the beautiful city of Chefchouan. It offered the most beautiful view of the sunset. The rooms are so tastefully done. Each one decorated in a different theme. Our group occupied 3 rooms and each was beautiful. The pool area provided a quiet respite away from the hustle and bustle of the 9 days of travel before our stay here. The grounds reminded me of an English Garden, greenery and flowers everywhere. The included breakfast was phenomenal and they gave a birthday muffin and played Happy Birthday to our birthday girl :) We did have lunch poolside. They set a table for us under an olive tree, it was a beautiful table setting, & the food was again, delicious! We loved everything about Dar Jasmine! 10+++

For some, the only negative may be the fact you have to take stairs to get to the entrance. We were fine but for those with mobility issues it may be a problem. They do have staff to carry your luggage so that was not an issue. Another dislike is that we did not spend more time here. It was truly an amazing stay!!

Dar Jasmine is absolutely stunning! Everything was perfect!!! we were absolutely blown away. Staff was 100% polite, accomodating to request, not one “no”, everything we asked for they went all out to provide for us! Rooms were beautiful, bed was most confortable, food was delicious and plentiful, help rendered was first class! The staff deserved the big tio we gave them! You need yo stay here to make your trio to Morocco most memorable! we only regretted we have one night and not more!

Absolutely nothing! If we had to find something to rant about perhaps it is only the public parking at foot of hill was full and somewhat narrow and difficult to park our car.

Compared to the two cities of Marrakesh and Fez, this hotel and the overall city atmosphere give people a very comfortable and relaxed feeling. Checking into the hotel, you feel that the pace can be slowed down a little bit. The care taken in the overall design and layout of the hotel and rooms shows their passion for entertaining their guests. I am looking forward to staying at this hotel next time.
