I had a lovely stay at Hotel Princesse Ilham! The staff were incredibly welcoming, always ready to help with a smile and made me feel right at home. The highlight of my mornings was definitely the delicious breakfast served on the terrace — fresh, tasty, and with a beautiful view that made every start to the day special. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the main square, which made it easy to explore the heart of Chefchaouen. A cozy and peaceful spot for anyone visiting this magical city.

Near centre,the suite with the balcony was wonderful,the morning breakfast on the roof was delicious and enjoy the nice panorama ,the boys from the reception they are amazing and treating very nice the quest(my wife have birthday and get surprize room with cake,candle and breakfast without extra charge ),comfortable bed,hot water

The bed was too hard to sleep comfortably, and there was a stong smell coming from the drains

The balcony overlooking Chefchaouen was beautiful! My mum and I were only staying one night whilst we travelled through the town and this was by far the best hotel on our entire journey

Taxi wasn't able to come right to the front of the Riad as no cars can get that close. It wasn't a far walk but the heat doesn't help 😅 A donkey was left tied to a tree (not on the property but a short distance away) and the noise it made was deafening

First time we stayed in Princess Ilham was in 2018 when just opened. Got here for the second time, a had the same room. Suite in 1st floor, 2 bedrooms, and balcony with amazing view to blue city of Chefchaouen. Breakfast was served till 11am on the terrace, and it was very large breakfast and very tasty. There is a possibility to make a dinner of your choice also in the hotel. Otherwise outside you can grab some food or drinks from small shop nearby. Meeting with the owner make this experience more personal, and warm. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

Not enough soundproofing, but that's common problem in Moroccan hotels

The location was perfect and the staff couldn't be any more helpful or hospitable. We were also upgraded to a better suite as it wasn't booked on our dates. Couldn't recommend this Hotel or the Town of Chefchaouen enough.

I needed a hotel in Chefchaouen for one night but I would have been happy to stay at this hotel for a few more. I enjoyed everything about it - location, decor, bedroom and rooftop terrace with a wonderful view for breakfast.

No close parking

The staff were fantastic! Mouna and Oussama were so helpful and I learned a lot about Moroccan life from them. The location was close to the beautiful waterfall area and maybe 10 minute walk to Medina. The cook was great and I recommend d having a meal there
