I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I felt welcome and taken care of. One of the highlights of my stay was the air conditioning in the room – it worked perfectly and kept the space cool and refreshing, which was a real relief during the hot days. It made resting and sleeping so comfortable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed. The location is also great – close to many attractions but still quiet enough to relax. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable stay. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in the heart of Chefchaouen, the iconic Blue City of Northern Morocco. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. While the riad itself is small, the rooms were surprisingly spacious—much larger than they appeared in the online photos. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. One of the highlights was the rooftop seating area, which also featured a small kitchen and offered a relaxing space to unwind. The staff served a delicious breakfast each morning, adding to the warm and welcoming atmosphere.

That said, there was a group of teenage boys being loud in the lobby late at night. I asked them to quiet down around 11:30 p.m., and again at 11:45 p.m., when I asked them to return to their rooms. They eventually quieted down, but the disturbance did affect the otherwise peaceful environment. Despite this, I would still recommend this riad to visitors. Its charm, cleanliness, and central location in Chefchaouen make it a solid choice for travelers. Let me know if you'd like a version tailored for platforms like Google or Bookin

This was my favorite riad during our trip to Morocco. It is centrally located, paid parking is available nearby at Hotel Parador, the house is beautifully decorated, and it has two lovely terraces where you have breakfast in the morning. The views of Chef from the terrace are lovely, and breakfast is filling. Wifi worked well and the staff were kind to us.

The riad is clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated in traditional Moroccan style. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The location is great just a short walk to the city center and the rooftop offers amazing views of Chefchaouen. Breakfast was delicious and nicely presented.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the bathroom ventilation in my room could have been better. Other than that, everything was perfect. I definitely recommend Riad Zaitouna for anyone looking for an authentic and relaxing stay in Chefchaouen.

The location in the map is accurate, only using my phone we were able to reach the hotel. The check-in was at 14h but we were able to request a check-in two hours earlier. Once we entered Karim welcomed us with a wide smile, he offered to help with the luggage, then he proposed tea and coffee as we wait for all the rooms to be ready, he ended up bringing us a small welcome breakfast (first picture). The rooms are clean and wide, the first terrasse has a beautiful mountain view, on the Spanish mosque, the upper terrasse has a panoramic view on the many mountains surrounding chaoun, kalaa, sokna, dardara ... The staff are very welcoming, I had access to the dryer to dry my clothes from the snowy mountain 😂. We had full access to the kitchen. The breakfast was good, on the upper terrasse, with a variety of local food 😋 (second and third picture).

The Riad is located in a very local and convenient area. In front of there is an old bakery and downstairs a shop to buy water. The Riad is very clean and the room is very comfortable. Very nice terraces as well. On the last day I wasn't feeling well and the host made us check out later. I really appreciate that. Breakfast was nice and with a good variety. I will suggest making any juice provided fresh instead of the already made one. I am sure many guests will appreciate that.

Unfortunately around September there are lots of bees on the terrace during breakfast. If you don't mind bees it is fine. The first floor terrace has a bit less so I would have breakfast there or early morning there shouldn't be many. The host was very accommodating but for me it wasn't a relaxing breakfast.

The riad is beautiful and has a gorgeous view from the balcony. It's in a good location to explore the medina but still close enough to the parking lot. The room was clean though very tiny. Breakfast was very good!

After reading all the other people complaining about the noises I was hoping that it would have been sorted out but no, it is actually pretty loud at night till midnight. The shower head didn't work very well, the water was coming out all on one side. Since the rooms are quite small I would recommend them to remove the big coffee table to allow for more room to move around the bed!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spotless and beautifully decorated, with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The location was perfect . we would gladly return on my next trip. Highly recommended!

the room although a bit on the smaller side. A hair dryer wasn't available in the room, which would have been helpful. Otherwise, everything was pleasant and the stay was comfortable.

We had a great and memorable stay at riad zaitouna it was very comfortable clean and tidy very traditional style decorated close to all artisan shops food and restaurants the host was very welcoming the breakfast was very delicious and thanks to kamal who served us breakfast was so kind and I thank him for his hospitality and will always remember his good gesture enjoyed our stay a lot

The Riad is more beautiful than we expected and for sure it deserves a better review on Booking. The guys from the reception are really nice and very helpful. The Riad has a wonderful terrace where you can enjoy the view. The breakfast was amazing and the traditional bred was freshly baked. We enjoyed so much our stay here that we booked an extra night.
