it was a well appointed hotel which stood up to its name of boutique hotel. the owner Jumki madam gave us personal attention and all the staff treated us as family, special shout out to Karishma, and her team of staff who kept us fed and the lovely touch was the free yummy pastries with breakfast courtesy of the Jumki madam. a special thanks to Mr Sanjay the tour coordinator who along with our driver cum guide Robin Lepcha were excellent and showed us the sights around gangtok and accompanied us for treking (robin) and arranged all permits and passes in this security sensitive state and made us extremely comfortable. we came back with plenty of memories and new friends

there was nothing to complain

Cleanliness, Staff behaviour. And I like the fruit filling, soft drinks & lot of snacks filling & the welcome beer for us. Also, they've proactively given us required no. of umbrellas realizing the rainy days. And importantly the atmosphere was wonderful.

Food items are too expensive and not sumptuous. Also, if someone takes a room at the terrace then he/she needs to climb a lot of stairs which is very painful.

The staff is exceptional, amenities and decor of the hotel is tastefully done!!! Food and other provisions were great. The place is super comfortable, clean and well connected to all the major sites of interest. Given an opportunity would love to go back again

Breakfast was excellent and well prepared and presented. The choice offered catered to all preferences. The creatively and meticulously curated amenities and upkeep is simply wonderful

Excellent place, friendly staff, wonderful atmosphere

Everything was perfect. The room was spotless, extremely comfortable and everything was very well thought of. The view of Kanchanjunga and Gangtok in general from the balcony was superb. The facilities were amazing. Would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to be royally pampered.

A homely atmosphere with touch of care. They don't say no for anything. In turn they spoil you. Jokes apart It has been new experience.

Interiors very tastefully done, neat clean. All amenities provided including well stock kitchen. Access of the appartment is from the main road going down straight to MG road. Host Ms Jhumki is extremely good and personally look after all her guests is open to constructive feedback. Travel agent referred by her MR.Sanjay and his people driver Pemchung, guide Sapna were all too reliable and experienced in their work and made our entire trip so comfortable and memorable👍👍

We missed a garden/lawn but that was compensated by access to terrace. Also we had to miss our morning walks as there were lot of barking stray dogs around which of course is beyond the control of property owners.

View is exact what displayed online, room have everything and staff and owner is very friendly and food we get for dinner and breakfast is really nice..
