Everything was beyond exceptional!! Spectacular ocean views, immaculate infinity pools that were not over crowded or dirty, exceptional food, drinks, and service, rooms were beautiful, spotless, clean, big, and comfortable with great ocean view, and receptionists were very helpful! You cannot go wrong at this resort! I also liked that it was not too big like other resorts. Easy and accessible to find everything. Size of resort is just right! Resort is not in a busy area. It is very quaint and peaceful!

Beds appeared to be a full and not a queen size, were a little small for two people and a little too firm.

Beautiful rooms! A secret door where room service could leave your order when you didn’t want to be distracted was a nice touch.

Bathroom set up didn’t leave much privacy. I was traveling with my husband so it was no big deal but if you aren’t as comfortable with who you’re traveling with would have been uncomfortable.

The hibachi restaurant was absolutely amazing! The staff was amazing and just the service period. I would highly recommend

I would make sure that all of the restaurants are open everyday for those who don’t stay on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I didn’t get to enjoy all of the restaurants because some didn’t open on certain days

It was a beautiful resort with a lot of amenities. The grounds were well-maintained, and everything was very clean.

Housekeeping did not come to our room on three separate occasions. We had to continuously ask for service, despite being away from our room for extended periods of time each day. However, they promptly came when requested. Additionally, the mattress on the bed was sagging on the edge and was uncomfortable. Finally, the resort is next to a busy highway, and traffic could be heard in the room.

Great facilities. We enjoyed a lot our time at the Marquis. Maricruz served us during our stay and she was amazing. Also the guys by the pool, I think their names were Angelo and Samuel, they were amazing! Breakfast during the weekends are AMAZING.

Bar opens too late. Restaurants only work with reservation. Food wasn’t amazing, except for breakfast. Mexican was good, Asian restaurant was bad and italian was ok.

it is just gorgeous! the spa was incredible and Kareli let - great team! entertainment staff were so much fun! Esmeralda, Cesar, Angel and all were so much fun and kept us busy!! our waiters at the pool were great! Eric, Leon, Sergio, Arturo and others were attentive and wonderful! all of our staff at restaurants were exceptional! Sergio, Juan, Lena, and others were fabulous! Alan and others at the bar were awesome! great experience! I wish I had all the names down but EVERYONE was lovely, helpful, accommodating and willing to go the extra mile!

no swimmable beach but pool was fantastic! we knew this though coming in! also, sometimes the app didn’t work and then would go to restaurants with empty tables and couldn’t get seated at the ones that require reservations. the app needs to be better… but concierge helped us!

Marquis Hotel has made our holidays unforgettable. Every room and every place has an astonishing view of the see. The combination of the blue see, the white walls of the hotel and the green palms makes an idyllic environment. For us the most extraordinary was the excellent, warm and personal treatment received by all the staff, managers, waiters, cleaners and the lobby members. They pay attention to every single detail and they are always trying to make your stay better. We have also enjoy the infinity pool, the quality of the food, the spacious and the illuminated room and all the daily events that the hotel organised. The hotel offers also information for doing activities outside, they can also arrange the pick up for you. The last day, we could use the hotel facilities and services even after the check out, as our plane was leaving late. We will sure come back!!!
