Very friendly and helpful staff, easy parking though tight spaces, warm, clean and comfortable room. Breakfast very good, easy connection for buses and a 20 minute walk to the train station for direct connection to the Eiffel tower and palace of Versailles. Would stay again

We stayed here for an event in the area. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and the metro is only a 10-15 min walk. The beds were very comfortable and rooms and facilities were all clean and in excellent condition. The rooms have a desk and decent storage space. The lobby area at reception was good for some remote working and has some fridges for guests to store their own food. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent, location in the great Paris suburb half an hour walk from last/first Metro station for line 9. Bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to the metro or other way to Versailles' about 15 stops away. It was perfect for us visiting the Rock en Seine festival. It was an hour walk away. In the surroundings there are some good restaurants and places to have lunch and dinner. The hotel breakfast was french Ok.

Breakfast could feature some fresh vegetables like leaves of salad or tomato to complete the croissant sandwich. Parking is a little tricky. In the evenings but it's free in August which is great. Room 301 had a squeaky bed, the shampoo bottle adhesive in the shower had failed. No toilet brush. And even a mini fridge in the room would be a great addition. Specially in those +30 days to have a cold drink once an awhile.

It was very clean, well located and with comfortable beds. Parking was just perfect and very convenient. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Good bathroom. They made up our room every day perfectly

Basic breakfast, poor ventilation ( we were coming from Sweden and used to a fresh/cold air but the cooler didn’t work). No shampoo inside the bathroom. No wine glasses were available in the room and I had to borrow them.

Location was great for our purposes. Secure parking was perfect. Well communicated for public transport (the 171 bus is a godsend). The breakfast was well above our French hotel expectations. Value for money.

Sports teams use this hotel and we were awoken by a handball team practising outside our bedroom window at 0715 on a Saturday morning.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble. The rooms smelled lovely and clean, and the lobby was bright and comfortable.

Pet friendly is always a good bonus for us! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location to get the bus for the Château de Versailles. Good walking distance from the train station (but uphill). Small supermarket across the street and the hotel allows you to use a clean microwave near the reception, so we saved a small fortune in our dinner meals. Good selection of Continental Breakfast, we only missed the scrambled eggs (but they have an option of boilled eggs) and only one type of cheese (Emmenthal). For a country who eats a lot of cheese we were a little surprised for the lack of choice. Good selection of bread. Room on the 2nd floor, no problem with shower (strong flow and hot), clean and with enough space for bags. We had a complementary tea and coffee set in our room (with kettle). In general, a normal clean 3 star hotel room.

Not enough cheese at breakfast. Only one rubbish bin in the WC, we missed another bin in the room for recycling (paper/plastic). No recycling points.

This hotel is amazing. I visit Paris at least 2 times per year over 15 years and I've never been in such a friendly and welcome hotel. I feel at home and I feel like the team is a family and works in their own hotel.. not like a big hotel chain. We asked for early check in and they did it, we were tired from a long flight and I asked for coffee - ok, any time. Receptionist was so kind and she explain us all we need to know. Rooms were clean and perfect size for family. We didn't ask for close rooms but they mind ad they give to be close to each other. Area of the hotel is very nice - quite area with houses, restaurants, supermarket and close to the Versalles palace. Access to the center of Paris is very easy by public transport and by uber is 15-20 euro. It was perfect choice for our transit stay between Orly and Beauvais Airport. Thanks to all the team!
