Daily housekeeping with fresh sheets, toilet paper, and toiletries. A delicious, different breakfast each day. The swimming pool was clean. Location is awesome right next to the supermarket and Munchies. ADO terminal and beach are a couple minutes walk away. TV in room. Shelf space to unpack your things. Comfy beds.

The double budget room should be switched into a room with AC. The window is almost completely blocked and therefore is unable to receive any type of airflow. The ceiling fan is really old and has no power to it. I was sweating as soon as I came out of the shower. Or at least provide a standing oscillating fan to make it more bearable. But my recommendation is to switch this room into an AC room because of the window situation and then make one of the current AC rooms into a budget room with a fan as long as the windows can be opened and unblocked.

We had an incredible stay at Hotel Pargos in Puerto Escondido! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the seamless check-in process. We arrived earlier than expected, and the team was more than accommodating. The highlight of my stay was the warm welcome from the receptionist, Daniel. His friendliness and genuine enthusiasm set the tone for the entire visit. We forgot our wallet and he managed it easily to transfer it to our next stay. Thank you so much!! The hotel itself is a gem, with clean, comfortable rooms and a fantastic location that made exploring Puerto Escondido a breeze. We also want to highlight the good breakfast. Very tasty. If you’re looking for a good and economic place, Hotel Pargos is the spot.

Our room was basic in terms of decor (to be expected for the price!) but clean and had everything needed. We had daily cleaning and refresh of toiletries. The breakfast was great -an option of two Mexican breakfast meals offered everyday. Staff were helpful. I didn't use the pools, but there were two pools and they looked well maintained. We booked the studio room with a kitchenette and the room had the pots/pans and cutlery needed and a fridge. It was really useful to have the use of a kitchenette to be able to cook.

It would be really helpful to have a couple of bottles of water provided in the room.

Aircon was greatly appreciated and I was able to message staff before our stay and got fast replies. Filtered water was great too! The location was great and very close to a supermarket and the bus station.

Breakfast staff could be a bit friendlier. I went down at 11.50am and sat at a bench, I saw from the list I was one of the last to eat but I was ordered to go and sit at another table. Then the girl practically rolled her eyes at me when I told her I was vegetarian, it felt like she saw me as a bother. Due to this I never had the breakfast again. The shower never produced hot water and our room was facing someone’s backyard where pigeons would constantly land on a ledge outside and make noise.

This is my 4th time in here, I love this hotel -location, value for money, staff, great breakfast, efficient A/C, hot water, good pressure, comfy bed, every day cleaning, next to Chedraui, next to lots of eating places, next to buses to more distant beaches

perhaps a reading lamp next to bed would be convenient, I would welcome if breakfast could start at 7:00, 8:00 is unfortunately too late

For the location/standard the price was OK. Just a few steps from Chedraui (large supermarket) and only five minutes walking from the ADO terminal.The staff only Spanish speaking but nevertheless a great service; especially with an awkward situation I had with a cell forgotten in a taxi but with excellent help from the staff (and later the taxi office) it was finally found. The only thing with which I was not completely satisfied and therefore had to give only three stars was the cleaning where the staff had obviously not cleaned the bathroom as it should have been. Not being dirty dirty but there was a couple of details which it was noticed on. But not so big that it would keep me from coming back

Cleaning of bathroom there is space for improvement.

Excellent location - near ADO, camionetas to Pochutla/Masunte, a big Chedraui supermarket -1 minute walk from the hotel, accommodating staff, I stayed in a room with a kitchen corner - it was spacious and nice, I dont know about the other rooms, hot water was hot and came in no time, A/C was very strong, complimentary breakfast was fabulous, this was a big change compared to last year

It would be nice to have a lamp near bed, breakfast was available from 8:00 AM - that was very disappointing, it is way too late if one wants to do whole day trips, breakfast should start at 7:00 AM

Water pressure was good, hot and cold. A/C excellent. Breakfast perfect. Kitchen allowed me to cook. Bed was great. Location was the best in the city 3 minutes to the bus station, 1 minute to the largest super market, and less than 10 to the beach. Wi-Fi no problems. TV had 60 plus channels with some in English.

I liked it all. No problems.

Breakfast was good. The location was quite close to the bus station. The tour company was familiar with the hotel, and sent a van to pick me up for dolphin / turtle / whale watching, which was great.

I rented a bicycle from a place in the town, but it was not suitable for cycling very far. Braking was by back-pedalling, one gear. A mountain bike would have been a lot better. Not the hotel's fault.

It’s very central so you can easily walk to all interesting places. There’s a lot of restaurants around open till very late at night. The staff is friendly and they’re always happy to help. My room had a good air conditioning and a beautiful view of the Zicatela beach and a nice balcony where you can watch the sun rising over the hills. I liked it a lot.
