Nina at the front desk was awesome. Especially considering that we were all there with our pets hiding from Hurricane Milton. She was very kind and understanding. There are obviously improvements being made so there were signs of construction in many places but it was still a comfortable place for us during this emergency.

There was some flaws in the window work but I am unsure if they are a new installation or old and I would suggest having them checked after the storm.

Great location! Right by shops and dining. Practically felt like I was at Disney, but in a good way. Great price, great location. Located in The Villages. Excellent place to stay.

Property under construction. No dining/ restaurant. Great snack/drink/food/booze for purchase in lobby. Not too bad and I'm sure it will be finished soon and then probably great.

The property is in a wonderful location. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Beautiful lake and golf course views from our room.

We should have been notified that the back of the property , “The Waterfront Side” was closed due to upgrade construction. So we couldn’t sit out there or use the pool on prettiest part of the property. It was disappointing.

We stayed during Hurricane Milton during a State of Emergency. They did not charge for our pets and we had more than the limit, we thought that was a great thing for them to do and appreciated it. They also had food , coffee, snacks available for the customers. They did an excellent job of keeping up all safe and providing for our needs very well.

The proximity to everything was perfect. The view from our room was amazing. We were in the back facing Lake Sumpter.

That they don't have breakfast included, but at the same time it was nice going out every morning so that you don't have the same breakfast every day

The hotel is under renovation, so obviously there are no facilities available. However the room was wonderful, the view was amazing, the staff were delightful.

Obviously the hotel will be incredible when the renovations are complete. It would have been lovely to have had breakfast/dinner there, and I hope we return to enjoy them once renovations are complete.

Very friendly and helpful. Our room didn't have a balcony that I had specifically asked for, they switched the room with no hesitation. The new restaurant is great. We received a discount for staying at the hotel. My husband had a late golf game and they let me have a later checkout.

Had dinner outdoors. The view is great. Mac casserole was amazing. The pool and hot tub very nice. Love the view on the lakeside rooms.

Pool could could be a couple degrees warmer. Observed a couple smoking off their balcony in the morning.

What did I think of the breakfast? I heard about a breakfast buffet but no prices so didn’t even bother to go down there. We stayed due to being evacuated and hurricane Ian so I packed breakfast for my kids. But, I enjoyed that everyone was friendly and everything was simple. No trouble. Very clean. No one bothered me. Could do my own thing no matter what time. I honestly don’t think those beds are queen sized. Maybe the frame was because it was much bigger than the mattress, but I was falling off the edge with my 4 year old twins in the bed with me. That’s not normal for a Queen size bed. I was able to push two chairs together to make another bed for my daughter, I asked about a roll away bed but there weren’t any. Loved the shower, loved the service and everyone going above and beyond to help and being so friendly, and loved not being bothered.

Explained that above. Just not knowing how much the breakfast buffet cost without having to go down there and the beds seeming smaller than a Queen. Like I said, the bed frames looked Queen sized with all the space around the mattress, but the mattresses were small.

I was glad to find a pet friendly hotel with lovely grassy areas for dog walking. They also provided poop bags at the disposal can location. Of course, I had my own bags.

The $75 nonrefundable pet fee. I do not mind an extra fee, but $75 is ridiculous. A portion of that should be refunded when the animal leaves no damage.
