Convenient to where we needed to be for business. Pool was nice. Front desk staff were very nice

Bathroom could have been a little cleaner. Around the tub was a little nasty. Other than that room was clean. Cleaning staff weren't very friendly. Acted like it was a huge burden to change out some towels for us. Then smarted off to us as we were leaving because we had to leave an get back home sooner than expected. So we were checking out around 2ish but had the room booked until the next day. One other thing road noise outside was really bad. Trash truck came through an got the trash about 5am.

This BW plus is one of the cleanest hotels I have been at. I stayed 2 nights w my sister who was house hunting in Leesburg. The front desk staff were all so friendly and helpful. We checked in with Jordan. She answered all our questions and was so sweet and loving. Also very knowledgeable, giving us tips about areas to visit. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety. The eating area is clean, cozy and relaxing. We did not use the pool, the fitness room is also immaculate and the equipment seems brand new. We would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness of this hotel. The staff was on top of everything, even the elevator was cleaned when we used it in the morning after our first night. We walked into our room after checkin and was also pleasantly surprised that it actually smelled good and not that musty smell you get sometimes. The front desk staff were accommodating and very friendly. The pool area was also very clean, as was the pool. The location was great, as we were there for bike fest and it wasn’t far from downtown. I would say my only complaint was the continental breakfast. It wasn’t hot because they didn’t light the sternos under the pans. I’m sure it was hot when they first put it out but we went a little late to breakfast. But you could make your own waffles that would be hot. I had the eggs and homefries. Other than that, everything was great and I would definitely stay there again.

Really nothing I didn’t like except as I said above about some of the breakfast not being hot.

The room rate was good and reasonable. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The Heat/AC worked very well. Bathroom and amenities were very good. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Parking was good.

I thought the breakfast experience was not good. Very limited selection of food. Wouldn’t eat the sausage. Looked uncooked. Had waffle. It was ok but not really up to par. Butter was hard as a rock. Condiments were limited and not easy to find. I ate only one breakfast and went outside the hotel for the other 3. I was disappointed that no coffee and half &half available in the evening. Also no snacks to purchase. that I saw. I had to go to the convenience store across from the hotel to get coffee and a snack. The hotel should in my opinion have complimentary coffee and snacks like cookies, candy bars, etc. for sale that can be added to the room tab.

Staff was wonderful and nice. The bathroom was clean and shower was hot and a wonderful pressure. The location was nice different food options and close to a lot of things.

The ac was loud and the breakfast wasn’t something that I would say is a hot breakfast and not for a person who don’t eat pork or meat. And minor issue nothing big I wasn’t able to log onto my Monthly subscription on the tv due to having direct tv or dish tv. The Wi-Fi is also unstable and kept going in and out but it was so able.

The hotel was clean, beds comfy, and staff was friendly. Our room size was good and had a nice size refrigerator and microwave which was convenient. Housekeepers did a good job as well.

The pool closed at 8 pm! Way too early in the Florida heat. We did not get to use the pool at all because we were there for a softball tournament and by the time we got home each night from dinner it was closed. Very disappointing!

Breakfast was included and was as I expected having stayed at this level of hotel before. It had a small steam table with scrambled eggs & breafast meat selections. There was also a waffle maker, a pancake maker, a yogurt maker, a selection of small pastries, cereals, fruit, juices, & coffee.

The organization is obviously trying to save money. There is no daily changing of bedding or towels, however you could request that if needed. The facillities are showing some wear from use, and could use some updating, painting, etc. Also the hotel is located in an area of Leesburg that made us a little nervous, but we had no problems,

The staff was very friendly and helpful and we appreciated that.The location, while not in the most attractive part of town, was relatively easy to get in and out of.

The breakfast was a joke. The bacon that was put out was, without a doubt, the worst excuse for bacon I ever tasted. A piece of paper would have tasted just the same with less calories.

Staff was respectful and breakfast was great!

Our hotel key to the pool side wouldn’t permit us to go back inside. The hotel parking lot is difficult to get into if you are traveling on the far side of the highway. There was a very distant dripping or ticking noise that was loud and came and went during the night.

The pool only open from dawn to dusk that is so stupid only open until dusk since you gone must if the day you can’t take a swim or get into the hot tub that’s needs to change
