It was convenient to The Villages. There was plenty of seating at breakfast. My room was clean and there was a window seat. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The pool in the back looked inviting.

The walls were very thin. My room was next to the alcove which housed the ice maker which periodically made lots of noise. On the other side of the alcove was the elevator. Carts rolling up and down the hall between 3 and 5 in the morning were really loud and squeaky. There were two men in the room next to mine who had a lively conversation between 2am and 4 am which kept me awake also.

We loved the quiet! We had quite a few early mornings, so Sunday we took a nap mid day and it was EXCELLENT! Very quiet and peaceful. We also enjoyed the breakfast.

It was a wonderful! I only wish that the pool was available to use, but we were understanding for the need to do work on it. We certainly enjoyed the stay none the less.

Nice staff. We saw three familiar faces. Area seems safe. They try to keep it up. We slept well. We got the same room again, which is just fine. We have stayed here about 15 different times. It is a decent place, fairly priced. We keep coming back.

Breakfast has cheap muffins/sweet rolls and only one flavor for waffles. A Microtel in Kentucky also has chocolate batter—it can be done!! Other than that, it is fine.

I like that the room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the quietness I just enjoyed. Yes, the breakfast was good too.

I didn't like the fact that I did not get to get in the pool. The pool is between the building and the high trees, so the sun never really shined over the pool which cause it to be too cool for me.

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is also nice, you can make your own waffles & pancakes. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When we had an issue with our AC, they immediately moved us to another room. And when we decided right before checkout time to stay another night, they allowed us to stay w/o having to check out and then have to check back in at 3. They also have extended check out (til noon) for no additional charge. I would definitely stay again.

There’s really not anything negative to say about this place. The only issue I really could say I had was that the walls are very thin. You can hear people through the walls, & above you people’s footsteps. Also in the hallway outside the room if anyone is talking you can hear them as they walk by. But there’s not much the hotel can do about that, and overall my stay was pleasant.

The staff was amazing. Very accommodating, friendly and went out of their way for us. They even made a batch of cookies for us when my wife asked them.

The pet policy seemed a little confusing. One sign stated service animals only (no pets allowed) and another sign said pets allowed. My wife is very uncomfortable around large dogs and there were dogs that had no service animal insignias on them.

Room was clean, except for the window sills. Breakfast and ground floor lounge were nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking was free and convenient. Price was so reasonable.

The elevator is is need of some updating. The hallway carpets need cleaning. I think the air ducts are due for a deep clean and for some new filters throughout the system. There was a hint of mold and mildew in parts of the building. That's how it is in Florida....the humidity is a beast on a/c systems.

As usual, we liked this years stay. they have made several improvements. we have stayed here about 10 times over the years and will return in the future. a fair price for a good stay. that sums it up. the general manager checked with us to make sure we were happy, and we were. he is very professional to deal with.

one of the breakfast ladies was much better at keeping coffee/breakfast rolls stocked than others were. this place has a lot of coffee drinkers every morning and if they are not constantly brewing coffee they can fall behind. the pancake machine is a nice addition and their sweet rolls are decent quality.

Clean and comfortable, a/c

Breakfast was ok, they should have made instructions for the waffle machine. The syrup was almost hidden at the end of the counter, an actual bottle. Otherwise, there was issues getting the cable tv going, maybe get a better provider.

The bathroom was clean, including the bath tub that my 3 year old granddaughter enjoyed!

The non-smoking room smelled of smoke. The window seating was dirty. The room was very small. I was awaken too early by room cleaners every morning.
