The staff was friendly, room was not fancy and microwave was missing but it suited our needs and staff was accommodating. Pool was clean and had comfortable places to sit, clean towels, showers and toilets. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Microwave missing from our room. Cigarette smoke smell in side entrance area (inside by stairwell). Prices of concessions were very high.

Loved it! (the mattress needs to be checked, Room 307 mattress nearest the door.) The breakfast was excellent; don't change a thing.

Our mattress was good, but on exiting from the side closest to the night table, there was a huge noise like a "bang" almost sounded like the mattress was propped on top of a tank that dented and popped back up making a loud noise.

Woke up the next morning and no hot water. I called the front desk and was told that they just had new hot water heaters put in that I need to let it run for at least 15 to 20 minutes. If I had known this I would have done it the night before so that it didn't interfere with my time on getting ready.

had small fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room. room was spacious. place was clean and close to the villages. good location if you want to stay near the villages.

we had two fire alarms go off, one at 8-9pm at night and one at 4am. pool was closed for renovation. This property has been undergoing renovation for quite a while but it is never mentioned in their website. only by reading past reviews do you get the full picture.

The room was a comfortable size and clean. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

The shower floor was very slippery and a fall hazard. The water pressure was not good in the shower.

Waffles are always a great hit. Perhaps a Choice of scrambled eggs and the omelet would be a better option. Some people, like me, can’t eat spicey foods.

the lady at the front desk was just as kind, patient, and funny as I’ve encountered! Although this was a very brief stay, she deserves a lot of credit for her “above and beyond” work ethic. I cannot recall her name, but I came in last night at 11:15pm (5/24/23), and left this morning. Property is immaculate, subtle, and clean, but the people make this a great place to crash.

Clean, quiet and great location at The Villages.

Breakfast was sparse when we came down at 8:00am. Both coffee pots were empty, and there were no eggs. Eventually those items were replenished.

The staff was very attentive and professional. Room was clean and well stocked. I will definitely stay again.

Our receptionist, Annie, was the best. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Breakfast staff very friendly and polite. I give them a 10/10.
