As usual, everything was wonderful. The staff is always polite and helpful, the rooms are immaculate I have stayed here many times and will continue to stay when I am in the area.

Not that it is that big of a deal, but I don't care for the 25$ fee for damages. I do however understand the fee, but I don't like the fact that the inspection is done after I am gone. Who does the inspection, and who dictates what is extra? Is my trash can being to full a reason to charge me extra? Are crumbs from a meal left on the tv counter extra. I am in a managerial position myself so I understand the process, but maybe a better explanation would help.

The bed was comfortable. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked great. The free breakfast was good. The shower was amazing. Super hot water and great water pressure. One of the best showers we’ve had in a hotel in a while. The staff were friendly and always available. Everyone was friendly in the breakfast area. We checked in super late. Called to let them know we were still coming and they had the keys ready when we arrived. Didn’t have to do anything but show ID and grab the key.

There was some dust visible at the bottom of the air conditioner on the carpet. Just could use a really good vacuum right there. The pillows are feather pillows and provide little support, like all feather pillows. We had planned to ask for memory foam ones the second night but were too tired to care. There is heavy traffic on the main road during the day. We couldn’t hear it in the room since the hotel is on a side street but patience is needed when leaving the hotel road and pulling onto the main street.

The premises was clean, the breakfast was good. I was greeted with smiling faces from the ladies at check in, they were very nice. I wasn’t familiar with the area but she gave me some suggestions on places to go. The cook was also nice and friendly.

Only thing was the room wasn’t very cold. We dropped the temp down low but it didn’t help much. Other than that everything was great.

The room was big clean and comfortable it don’t smell.. enjoy the night sleep very well and will be back again thank.

The building has construction going on the dining room but hopefully next time I go back it’ll be fixed. I enjoy the breakfast, but did not enjoy where I sit for breakfast.

I have stayed here many times, as always a pleasure. Clean, friendly staff and a great location.

If I had to say something here it would only be that the place is under new construction But the staff and management more than made up for the mess.

This is my third time staying here and as usual, the service and facilities are great. Breakfast was great as usual with plenty of variety, and everything was fresh.

If I had to say anything bad it would be: I wanted a ground floor room and got a fourth floor room. It was very busy and I understand, but this is the only thing I can think of.

The breakfast was good. The location was well marked. The hotel is being renovated. The room we stayed in was updated, quiet and clean.

The breakfast room will be nice when the renovation is complete. For now it is clean but average.

The breakfast was hot and full of variety. I have stayed here numerous times and its always hot and ready. Each time we come to Ocala we stay here. Always friendly and helpful.

The only thing I can think of is my wife thought the shower door at the bottom needed cleaning.

I checked in through the app before I even left home - I had a late start and would have gotten in very late. Checking in, using the app as my keycard and checking out via the app were quick and super convenient.

The room was clean and while the breakfast aas par to free breakfast at a hotel, it was good. The staff was very polite and friendly. I only wish that the heavier, decorative curtains could have been closed to hide the light from the parking lot coming in through the window.

The breakfast is always warm with plenty of choices. The facility is always clean and the staff is always helpful.

The only thing that I can think of, is the construction.
