This hotel far exceeded my expectations! It was so pleasant and worth every penny! The staff was really friendly and helpful. The two women (one in training) working the breakfast station were really nice and the breakfast was absolutely delicious! The sausage gravy and fresh biscuits with sausage patties was tasty and filling. The pancake station was really cool and the pancakes were yummy. They tasted like vanilla was used in the batter. Oh, and REAL butter! Yesssss! Wonderful stay!

Absolutely nothing! Was perfect

The facilities were really good and kind of new, the location was perfect, close to supermarkets and gas stations. The staff at breakfast was super polite.

For the amount paid, I would have expected to have the room cleaned every day. When I asked about the bathroom that wasn’t cleaned on the first night, they told me they only do that upon request. Despite requesting the cleaning, still the bathroom wasn’t cleaned everyday.

Location is great! Beds and pillows were cozy. The hotel still feels new and it’s very clean. Breakfast was tasty and they provided the basic options. Perfect stay for a sports event with the kids!

The tub/shower combo is narrow so if you’re a bigger gal or guy, prepare to feel snug in there.

I had an amazing time at the Holiday Inn, but what I like most about it All faculty were very kind and friendly. The pool is open 24 hours. The hotel it’s literally on the backstreet of the script. Hair surrounded by different foods and stores. There is no wait when we checked-in. I would be definitely coming back.

We really love our stay. Everything about the hotel was 5 star… rooms clean, nice staff and amazing breakfast. We were at a volleyball tournament in Ocala, and the lady that runs the breakfast area opened a little bit early so the girls could get something to eat before leaving. Great location, with plenty of options to eat around, and close to the World Equestrian Center where we were playing. This is going to be my to go hotel in Ocala. 😁

This was probably the absolute cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in! I was very pleasantly surprised. The complimentary breakfast had several hot and cold items and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I wish all of hotel experiences were this pleasant!

My husband and I stayed here one night during our trip to Ocala. We arrived Friday evening from Vero Beach. We were riding in the 50-mile bike ride at Santos MTB Trail Saturday morning. We were greeted with a warm welcome from the front desk lady. This hotel provides an easy check in. Everything was very clean and basic. There was a lot of parking. It is very close to the main road but thankfully we did not experience a lot of noise. There is a small snack area in the lobby if you wish to purchase food or drinks. (Hot Pockets, Frozen Pizza, Chips, Ice Cream, Protein Bars, Gatorade, Soda, Bottled Water etc...) We requested a room on the first floor because we needed to bring our mountain bikes to our room. All very convenient. The shower pressure is wonderful! The bed was comfortable. The room was a good size, good ceiling height, and everything appeared new and updated. Our room was very clean. There is a microwave and a fridge. I appreciated the dresser with hooks directly above allowing me to conveniently lay/ hang my clothes for the following morning. It was a little odd that the blind did not go all the way down, leaving about 2 inches. (Not a huge deal). It was ideal for the purpose of our short stay. This hotel is about 15 min drive to Santos Trailhead. We had to be at the race by 7am so unfortunately, we were not able to enjoy the complimentary breakfast. I believe they start breakfast at 7am. We were, however, able to grab coffee and a banana in the lobby before we left. There is a convenient WAWA gas station on the way to the Santos MTB trailhead. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The Blinds (Maybe User Error)

It was the perfect location, close to the interstate and close to my destination. The room was very clean, has a comfortable bed, hot shower with awesome pressure, and the staff were very accommodating and friendly.

There was nothing I disliked.

Very clean facility. The Staff very professional and polite. Everything very accessible. We stayed 3 nights and the HOT BREAKFAST varied slightly every day…GREAT variety! I found the thermostat very responsive, beds comfortable, and the bathroom very clean. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Very upset with IHG. i tried to book this hotel thru IHG as a member and receive the member discount. They wouldn't give me the room I rwquested. They said this jtype of room is sold out. Then I went to booking.com and easily booked the requested room for a HIGHER price. Not happy with that. This will prpbably be my last stay at an IHG hotel.
