Aside from not being able to find the property (y’all, get a bigger sign or add in the directions that the hotel is right behind the gas station). Anyways, back to our stay. From the start our experience was great. I did not get the name of the receptionist, her long braided hair should be a dead giveaway. She was so sweet, let us check in an hour early and apologized profusely when I realized we had a second floor room (my mom is disabled and the stairs are rough for her) there were no first floor rooms available but we appreciated her trying. The room smelled so good when we entered. Everything was beautiful and well kept. We would have liked a microwave but easily lived without it. The beds were heavenly, the air conditioner was ice cold and the tv was easy to use. It took us two nights to realize we had a balcony but that’s partially our fault. But we’re going to blame you guys. The beds were so comfortable we overslept both days. All in all, we would 100% stay here again.

It was right in the main area of restaurants, downtown, and the overall beautiful city. Next door to major hwy. I slept like a baby.

Found a dead spider and and alive spider in room , and he had to die! The front sign is not visible from the streets, so it's easy to miss your turn into the hotel. Balcony chairs sucks, so I grabbed an outside chair to put on my balcony which were much more comfortable. Pool was not open which sucked because we wanted to get in but couldn't.

I was originally booked for a key room. When I got there. I was notified that the room that I booked was not available. I had to substitute for 2 twin beds. And it was that the staff tried to accommodate me at her best ability. I would like

The staff was excellent! They did everything to make it a very enjoyable stay. I need an accessible room and there were a couple things that I simply don’t think they were aware of that could be beneficial, so I let them know. They wrote down notes for everything and thanked me for letting them know. They said they’re going to address all of it.

Overall everything was good, they just need to fix a few things with the accessible rooms which I let them know and they said they are going to address. They thanked me for letting them know.

Staff always do a excellent job keeping the property up

There’s nothing that would make me not like how the property is kept they do a fantastic job

The room was very clean, very modern. We were only there for one night but were very comfortable. The staff was so pleasant, really enjoyed talking with them!

The breakfast is a limited grab-and-go breakfast. This needs to be added to the description. It is very limited but the coffee is good

Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was pristine clean. The air conditioner was new so NO mold, etc, air quality was very good. Room looked to be updated, beds very comfy. No carpet!!! very clean. Price was reasonable.

not enough handicap parking. No carts for luggage.

Everyone on staff are very friendly and courteous to everyone and I enjoy going up to the front sipping on coffee and chatting with whoever is in the front office

This hotel is going through renovations (new owners). You can tell they are making a remarkable change. The friendliness of the staff is paramount to any stay! Keep up the great work Tee and we will be back to see you soon:)

Rooms clean and neat, newer furnishings! Excellent!

Breakfast options were limited, but that's the only thing I can even come up with. It wasn't really an issue for me.
