The room was clean, clean! The hotel is simply classy! The workers were nice, but not super personable... Some were dry nice. The room missing a microwave held back one star on the rating since it's the holidays and we couldn't warm up our leftovers. Maid service forgot to refill our Kleenex and lotion. Overall, the decor, the ambiance, and the spacing in the hallways from one room to the next was simply amazing! Wish they had more to do on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day though.

Stunning Hotel, All the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The reception very kindly gifted a choice of toy to our 20month old daughter as we were leaving at check out, was a very lovely touch. The rooms were beautiful, stunning view. The entire hotel is pristine. The facilities of the pool area, child pool area and bakery are all super touches. The grounds are stunning and the food is excellent at both restaurants within the hotel. Would love to return.

Absolutely nothing to report, everything was smooth, and clean and there is nothing which I feel needs improvement, many hotels could learn a thing or 2 from this hotel. Fabulous in every way.

No coffee in the room. The only place for coffee is the top floor and both mornings when I went up to get some it was empty. The time I went was well within the posted hours of having coffee available.

We love the hotel! the ambience is just awesome. Clean, spacious, so much to see and to discover. We'll be back soon.

The room was quite noisy, with a constant humming sound. There were also some small details I expected to be better for a hotel of this caliber: the bathroom amenities could have been of higher quality, there was no bathrobe provided, and the lounge chairs by the pool were very uncomfortable. The pantry offerings were underwhelming, and despite informing the staff about our broken coffee machine, it was never replaced. While these issues weren’t major, they were enough to prevent me from giving a perfect rating.

The location was great! Love the text option for if we need anything and to keep us informed of events happening on the property. We had a room that overlooked the arena and the view was amazing!!

Would love to have been told the location of the pool when we first checked in. Also, the food at the pool dining was all out of date my salad was rotten on the bottom. When I made the reservation I was asked if I had any special request, I asked if I could have a birthday card in the room for my daughter as the stay at your hotel was her birthday gift. There was no card, I understand not all requests can be accommodated but a reply back letting me know it could not be accommodated would have been appreciated.

Clean, beautiful

Lack of eating options. I feel that people staying at the hotel should have priority (reservations) to eat at the restaurants, instead of having to wait for 1-2 hours while people not staying there flood the restaurants. 4 & 5 star hotels need to have much higher standards for their guests than to have them left waiting for an absurd amount of time in a crowded lobby.

The campus was exceptionally clean, all of the stables and barns very well maintained. The hotel is very beautiful, enjoyed the art throughout.

The small attentions to detail. In my opinion, if you are going to charge the equivalent of a car payment a night for a hotel room, the very least you can do is clean the bathroom exhaust vents, and not have Dasani as your water preference. Maybe tone down the level of pretentiousness of the F&B staff. More of a statement: Why not make the entire campus pedestrian friendly? Seemed odd to be so large with no sidewalks for people to the various buildings, beyond the hotel, to encouraging exploration. I get the entire campus is golf cart assessable; however, no one thought of interconnecting sidewalks during development?

Elegance, opulence, luxury, very beautiful to look at !

Signs asking you to NOT photograph, NOT touch, NOT loiter, i found it very off putting, i want to just relax and enjoy my stay with freedom to roam the premises, to take photos of the beautiful surroundings should be allowed but that's just my personal opinion.
