I liked my stay because it was convenent for what i was there for.

I did not like how the out side pool and garden was kept clean. The trash was over flowing and the ash trays never got cleaned out. I cleaned out the ash trays that i used after days of using them. The out side tables never got cleaned. I had to wash the table under the tree. The leaves are every where. Some of the pool chairs need to be replaced and unbrellas. The inside was clean but i think the hall csrpets need cleaned and wall paper fixed

Hotel was very clean, rooms a great size with all you could need. The outdoor pool and hot tub were a real bonus and kept clean too. Breakfast was a great selection and served hot and fresh ( continental style ) Easy access to all amenities snd onside free parking with lots of space

Unfortunately, our encounter on checking in was not easy nor pleasant. The booking had been paid for in advance and on checking in was advised they required $100 security deposit. Although not made aware of this at the time of booking it seemed reasonable. However, as an international traveller, my card was not being accepted for some reason, she refused to take cash and reluctantly took my partners card for deposit saying we don't normally allow third party payments ?????? Note we were together, booked in same room and a couple. She was quite rude, no eye contact, no apology, nothing.....not a great welcome at all. However, I must say the rest of the staff we encountered throughout our stay were friendly, helpful and polite.

They just walk in the room when they feel like it. Manager included. FOR NO REASON and didnt even try and apologize for it. Instead had me trespassed whr I complained. I am filing formal report with loal sheriffs office.

The breakfast was not healthy. I’m vegetarian, so, I was not able to partake . White bread, unhealthy cereals, white flour bagels and muffins are not part of one’s diet if they’re vegetarian. Also, there was only black tea and coffee. Herbal teas would have been greatly appreciated.

The King Deluxe Suite was very spacious and relaxing. The facility although under remodeling was clean and quiet.

Housekeeping needs to be retrained. Entered my room without notice before check out.

I loved the set back in a cul-de-sac setting. Semi private. Our room for the price was super nice! Breakfast was really decent. And the staff was really friendly.

If I had to complain about something, Would be would be the elevator inside door, It looked liked they tried to clean it and it stripped the shine off of it. It looks smeared. But really that's the only thing I noticed bad.

The facility and room was nice and accomodating.

Parking for guests. We had no where to park. Vehicles with towed trailers or large trucks took up multiple parking spaces throughout the entire parking lot, possibly consider a parking lot for vehicles and guests with such. That way the regular parking lot can still fit to accommodate regular vehicles for guests.

the room was very spacious and clean. the bed was very comfortable. loved the fact that there was 2 tvs.

wish there was more of an assortment for breakfast. also there needs to be better doors that actually latch close. we had a room by the i75 and could hear most of the traffic.

Price was great, Staff were helpful and courteous and Guest were very friendly, Felt safe and comfortable, Hotel was clean would recommend this hotel to alone visiting this area, I sure will again. Keep up the good work!

It was available at the last minute for at least one night as we had mandatory evacuation from Tampa due to hurricane Milton.
