The front desk was so cheerful when we arrived. Easy parking during the week. Complimentary coffee and the lobby area smelled so clean! The beds were the most comfortable linens and so cozy, quiet, as well as the light blue lighting and chic modern furnishings and decor. The breakfast was plentiful and enjoyed the granola bars and flipped egg-but would substitute country fried potatoes or sausage over the mini quiche. Since a brand-new hotel, possibly discuss putting in a small Zen Garden and a dipping pool on rooftop or backyard-Florida is sunny all year round for visitors. The Downtown iconic Marion Theater is only 5 minutes away for an afternoon Matinee. Check out the restaurant in the square called- The Bank Street, five stars for their filling crab cakes!

Room was current and clean. Bed was comfortable and pillows were many and in different thicknesses. Breakfast was fantastic, the best we had our entire trip. Had hot omelets, breakfast sandwiches as well as hard boiled eggs and granola bars. They offered coffee, tea, hot chocolate 24/7.

Nothing, great value for the price.

I had ridden my motorcycle Orlando to Ocala to accompany 3 abused children to court. The hotel was close to the courthouse which was convenient and close to downtown restaurants and stores. The Front Desk staff even offered me to park my bike at the entrance for improved security for bike. Overall, everything was great!

Welcoming staff, exceptionally clean room..which is small but more than adequate and furnished well.

Light sleepers need to ask for a room on the backside of the hotel..or bring earplugs. It’s a busy corner. But a super clean room and comfortable bed trumps noise that can be eliminated with earplugs!

The breakfast was substandard. The egg sandwich with cheese and sausage was tasteless . There was a second option wrapped in paper with no label on it so people just opened it up and looked and put it down. Unsanitary!The breads were all stale. I resorted to oatmeal. The coffee machine made very weak ,watery coffee.

This was my first time traveling with a pet. We were on the first floor, close to the door, very convenient for late night dog walking.

The $75 nonrefundable pet fee. I understand the need for an additional charge, but $75 is exorbitant. A portion should be refunded if there is no pet involved damage.

Good location, very clean and comfortable.

The breakfast wasn't good. We'd prefer they remove it completely from the hotel, or at least improve it by adding more chairs and tables. Not to mention the food offerings.

Loved the location it was close to everything.

The shower and bathroom were disgusting I had to clean it myself. The shower had hair all over it even before I used it. The sink had hair in it. I had disinfectant wipes to clean.

I loved being on the first floor, having an interior room, but was right next to an exterior door. The breakfast was very satisfying and there were a lot of choices. The beds were very comfortable.

The young man who check us in with the red hair was amazing, so helpful and kind. After a long day of travel it felt good to come in late (9 p.m) to check in and to be met with such friendly and inviting way was the cherry on top!
