The staff were all so helpful and lovely, would always try to help with any questions. The hotel has good facilities for staying to an extended period of time, the washer/dryer facilities were very useful for a long trip. There was ample parking and it was easy to get to.

The locations right next to I75 means that there is noise depending on what side of the hotel you are staying on. I was facing the road, so there was a constant low noise.

The Front Desk Manager (Karin) and her staff made all the difference and treated us more like family, especially our two little dogs. She even helped me with the dogs, when I loaded the truck and it was too hot outside to keep them waiting while the car cooled down.

Location, it's quite loud but we asked for a room towards the back and were able to get that. Aside from that, the property is renovated and has everything you need.

The location was great, staff super friendly. The rooms were very clean, beds comfortable. The common areas were always clean as were the laundry facilities.

The elevator was a little slow but nothing to stop us from staying again. We are heading home to Southern Indiana to below freezing temps and 5-8 inches of snow in a couple days. Wish I could've stayed a little longer, 😆

When we reserved the room we specifically requested first floor, due to mobility issues through the booking site. We also called to insure that request. When we arrived we were told they had no notes about that request. We were on the third floor and that was that! No apology, no attempt to resolve… take it or leave it attitude. That was the check in clerk. The clerk later was very nice and accommodating when we needed an extra blanket.

Extremely clean property. Very friendly and helpful staff. I travel a lot for work and this was my favorite hotel I’ve stayed at in the past year. All the appliances and fixtures were in great condition. Very clean room and comfortable mattress. Staff greeted me every day and responded quickly to any requests. 10 out of 10!!

I only stayed with my wife for a couple of days. I travel for work and have been on holiday for about 5 weeks. We had stayed in a Holiday In in Orlando. The front desk recommended you. We're in the middle of moving to the Ocala area. The new house is almost finished. My wife felt safe and that was very important. She alone most of the stay. Thanks for taking very good care of her.

I did notice the stove top was damaged from a previous guest. That should be replaced. All I really cared about was my wife felt safe...

Always clean and a modern updated facility. The staff is so accommodating and the property is quiet and relaxing. We always stay here when we travel to Ocala.

Very comfortable rooms, nice size- didn't feel cramped. The beds were very comfortable. The AC was fantastic!!!

I have a special needs child and needed to be a little closer to dining options (that she eats).

The room was exceptionally clean. Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in with my pet. Tammy the general manager, along with Alissa were lovely. So kind and helpful. I’m a journalist traveling alone for work and felt safe and well cared for. Alissa had wonderful recommendations and was a sheer joy to deal with. Talking to Tammy was like chatting with dear friend! What an amazing find among all the other hotels. Worth every dollar for the incredible service and attention.

Would like to have a small, fenced in area for dogs to potty and stretch their legs.
