Comfortable, easy to find right off the interstate, friendly staff, clean and nicer than other Hampton properties I’ve stayed in.

Check-in took longer than necessary. I’d checked in on the app and requested digital key but was notified to go to front desk because they had to verify payment info. Not a huge deal but after driving for 3 days straight and wanting to get to my room, it took a while because employee needed assistance from co-worker to check me in. Digital check-in typically works at other properties.

We have stayed here many times and are always happy with our choice. The staff is great. They were very helpful when this time we had to reschedule our trip to an unforseen conflict. The location is in easy access to everything we want to do while in Ocala, including go to many favorite restaurants. Nice to have breakfast included and there is a fresh fruit salad option!

The included breakfast does offer a wide variety, but the hot dishes weren't as good as usual. Also, the lighting in the room is unfortunately not strong enough to provide a good reading light.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfeast is excellent. The bed was very comfortable. Room looked pretty clean.

The only bad thing about hotel is location. Its next to the interstate to close. It's very hard to sleep at night. Hotel did provide ear plugs which helped alittle. Found it very hard to sleep cause traffic noise..

The staff was great and the place was very clean and inviting. Breakfast was very good and hot. It was nearby easy access to food and gas stations.

The only bad thing was it was very close to a very busy highway and with our rooms facing the highway road noise was pretty much non stop.

Large,comfortable room

The $350+/night rates were outrageous and unexplainable. I can stay in New York City for that price at a better facility. And a comparable college town (Ann Arbor) for $200. Could have been worse though. Hampton Inn in Gainesville would have been $500 plus $30 for parking. Never again!

Breakfast selection and quality very good. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room.

There are hotels at airports where you don't hear a thing. Being beside I-75, I thought this facility would have better soundproofing than it did. It was very noisy at night - not an issue for some but could be for sound sensitive people. And we were on the quiet side of the building. Ear plugs were provided!

My stay at the inn was mostly positive. The room was very clean and well kept. However the bed was disappointing as the sheets didn’t seem freshly changed and the mattress was uncomfortably lumpy.

We select a Hampton Inn because of its predictably. Nice room, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. They even had fresh fruit! And they have resumed daily housekeeping service!

It's close to the highway, so you do hear traffic. Also, the lighting in the room is insufficient if you like to read.

Clean and as expected - courteous staff, quiet, clean room.

It was pricey. We were only there for 8 hrs, but needed a place to stay and H.Inn always provides comfortable beds.

I always try to stay at Hampton inns if possible. They are usually very nice. Good breakfast choices and friendly and clean!
