Heather was a big help from the beginning.I made a reservation weeks ahead but something came up as to where the reservation had to be changed a sly bit.Well it was handle and I was placed in a amazing room.Super clean,And my beds were comfortable.Ac/Heat amazing! Soothing Bathroom,Super Hot water,Cold fridge,Cable Tv and a Wonderful view.Absolutely no complaints… Had A chance to Meet Mrs Carolyn myself.Super sweet,Helpful and full of humor

Everything was great especially the jacuzzi tub in our room & the heated pool!!! We loved that we could walk to the Mexican restaurant a few doors down! We had a wonderful stay! Also we didn’t catch his name but the man at the desk at night was so kind and helpful! He made us feel very welcome!

Everything was great it was just a stop over on my trip. I stayed here 2 times in a week. I stayed going down to Sebring Fl and when we came back.

Parking and entering and exiting the parking lot sucked. Very small parking lot that less than 50 vehicles can park in. When leaving and heading down 75 you have to go up the road and cross 3 lanes of traffic to u turn. Not very good way to get out. Parking was very tight with very few spaces.

The pool is amazing our room was a decent size expected it to be a bit bigger but it was a decent size Comfort king suite with pull out sofa sleeps 4 only one blanket my dad was cold he didn’t want to bother anyone for a blanket typically hotels will have extra blankets in those sorts of rooms Other than that everything was amazing!!! The staff the pool was amazing my daughter loved it we will be returning on a regular basis I have a lot of work in this area the hotel is close to my job site and it is si much easier to bring my daughter and father worh me then traveling to and from home every day.

Everything front desk is amazing!!! Indoor pool clean rooms! My daughter and I stay here often I travel for work and it is always a pleasure staying here! We wouldn’t stay anywhere else! Everything is so great!

Nothing major for this box just wish that we had regular coffee not just decaf also extra blanket would be nice or warmer blankets.

Breakfasts were good with a variety of offerings. The room with couch , refrigerator and microwave were great.

When room was cleaned on 3rd day there was no replenishment of facial tissues or TP

Breakfast area was clean, common areas were clean. Even though I feel the staff was over worked, they were friendly and responsive.

The room could have smelled cleaner, road noise was terrible, vending machines didn't work.

Indoor pool, breakfast included. Evening host was attentive!

Tub pooled water while showering. Our room was on highway side. Outrageously noisy including sirens and motorcycles plus loud vehicles

We went there to ride out the hurricane and it was close by. It was very clean. The free breakfast was good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

No counter to put toiletries.
