I have stayed at this hotel a few times in the past few years. I’ve always been comfortable and felt safe. This time the lobby noise was very loud. Sounded like people were running passed my door. I don’t know what was causing this.. people were almost yelling.. cable and internet were out was told due to the storm.. although tv in the lobby worked fine..

As stated above was a very different vibe in the Hotel. I know the hotel can’t control who there guests are or their behavior.. it was very difficult to sleep because of the noise in the lobby. The front desk people should have policed this a bit better.. just my thoughts.

I appreciated the customer service. It was a good overall experience as I needed a place to work uninterrupted for a few days to meet a deadline.

The furniture inside my room was very worn and in need of being replaced. The dressers and desk were not in good shape. I also had a very hard time with the air freshener. It seemed to be coming through the vents and was very overwhelming. If a person is sensitive to fragrance like myself, it will be too much.

Our room was amazing! Very spacious! The whole hotel was beautiful and decorated so nice for Christmas!!

We were there for a cheer competition and were excited to eat breakfast at the hotel and not have to go anywhere but unfortunately they were VERY understaffed Saturday morning and couldn't accommodate us in time needed. All the staff was very sweet though!

Location was great with various shopping and eating places nearby. The ambiance and inside corridors of the establishment was a plus.

The hotels carpet. The first room assigned had an uncanny odor (from the carpet) and had to request to be moved to another room--which was much better, although the air was slightly stale in the room as well.

The girls at the front were exceptional! Just because of them, we will be back. We have tried the other hotels around that area when we come to town, and none of them can compare.

The breakfast times on the weekend need to start earlier than 7am. We come for benefit shows in the area and we have to be places by 7-730am which leaves no time to eat breakfast there. We have to stop at the horrible McDonalds across the road.

I'm so happy you asked this question. We Loved the Service at breakfast. Our waitress, Christine? and the kitchen manager. So Nice..and our waitress rememebered what I liked for my coffee the next morning. The manager said that everything is homemade and YES...it was!!! Those orange cranberry muffins were yummy!!! a great snack also for our road trip the next day! :):) All hotel staff was nice. Brookland at the front desk was nice to take a pic of us in front of your pretty wall hanging inside. Also, I thought I left something at the hotel, and she investigated it for me, and called me back about it. I didn't leave it there. It was found in my luggage when I came home.

There is no sign indicating where your hotel is from the main road. There are so many hotels, but yours is not listed on the sign. The sink bows out and I felt like I couldn't get close enough to wash my face.

Older location but maintained very nicely. Enjoyed having a cafe at the restaurant so we didn’t have have to go out for dinner. Rooms were big and nicely furnished. Bed was comfortable. Close to the freeway. Loved having a Keurig coffee maker in the room!

Wasn’t sure about the area as people hanging around outside however staff seemed attentive to watching outside.

Very cool vibe, very eclectic hotel. Clean and only 35-40 mins from Gainesville. When all the hotels are sold out in Gainesville, this is a good alternative for a decent hotel.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and I didn't have good nights sleep, but was pleased with the stay overall. Also, missed breakfast because when I did fall asleep, I woke up after breakfast ended.

Decorated in a funky way (the swamp theme). Large, spacious foyer and gathering area. Front desk people were friendly. Both rooms we've had so far have been extremely quiet. The suite we got at a great price so that was a huge bonus. Beds are very comfortable.

The suite we had (room 201) could have used more or brighter lighting. It was pretty dim.

I feel very safe as I travel alone. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

This is the first time I stayed on the front side of the building. I know that that hotel can not help the traffic noises from I75 but it was horrible. There also were quite a few door slammers. But again that’s just rude guests.
