Housekeeping and counter staff were very friendly and helpful (Female staff ) the upper management guy was very rude to my wife and not helpful at all when it came to mistake on my checkout time and refund .

The nighttime staff was very friendly and helpful. I checked in just before midnight as I was coming by car from a long way away, my room was clean and ready and everything was fine. Usually you see signs of the motel you select cutting costs in things like the complimentary shampoos and if they offer breakfast, you'll usually notice a drop in quality here as well. But everything was wonderful. No complaints here.

The clean pool!! I loved it. My kids loved it ! 😊 The rooms are clean! Smell good ! The house keepers actually care about anyone staying here. And loves to help when asked. Management and staff are so cool and nice and helpful! 10 stars !!! Amazing place

Everything was to my standards!! There was nothing wrong.

The room was better than I expected .. it had all the usual amenities, which some motels don't provide any more.-- the fridge even had a freezer. The mattress was very comfortable. I would have liked more tv channels. The room was fine, but could use some cosmetic work. The shower was very good.

TV needed more channels.

The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The place was immaculate. It was really nice that they provided a shower chair. Would definitely recommend them to anyone else and will most likely be coming back sometime.

There was only 2 complaints and they both pertain to the bed. The first one is that the bed is too high off the ground for a wheelchair person to get on and off safely. The other is that it was too hard. Otherwise the place was perfect.

The location of the Super 8 is easy on/off I-75, close to downtown Ocala, and easy to get to the World Equestrian Center. There are many casual restaurants in the immediate area. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. The breakfast is a self-serve cold/hot cereal, toast and jelly, granola bars, packaged mini-donuts, coffee, orange juice and apple juice. There is also a large pool, ice machine, and free wifi.

Nice hotel to stay close to different attractions in the area. Good breakfast, helping stuff, clean room. We were satisfied with our stay.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. When you think of Super 8 you don’t think it will be that great. This hotel was clean and the rooms were great. The bed was super comfortable with a large TV. No issues with hot water or amenities. The pool was spotless . Very nice considering you’re off the highway. I’d recommend it for sure

Excellent friendly staff who went above and beyond to be helpful. The motel was upgrading its look and they were making a great effort with planting and planters around the property. The breakfast was excellent too with a great selection of breakfast choices. I would highly recommend this motel.

I Love the staff. This was my 2nd visit. Room was Very clean. My AC was out at MY house and only have a shower. Love their tub. Can tell there my be long term guests but was very quiet.

No do not disturb signs but no one disturbed me. I explained I would check out by 10-11am.
