I was in the critical condition for my heart valve and prior to its stopped. I crawled out from my hotel room and called the hotel attendant to call the ambulance right away and I was passed out right before I got onto paramedic hands snd after that I was wheeled to the ICU for emergency care. If not getting the immediately support and help in getting the rescue team from the staff of Red Roof Inn, I probably would die. I am so appreciated that the staffs of Red Roof Inn has prompted in jumping to the loop in saving my life at the very last minute. I was so lucky in staying in the Red Roof Inn.

Nothing I don't like.

It was the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in, in a long time. They did have a nice coffee bar all day long and it was fresh and hot in the morning. Bridget, the front desk clerk, was super. We didn’t know how to make the TV work and she came to our room and showed us how.

No breakfast, but I knew that and took the cleanliness over food. It would have been nice to have a plastic bag for our dirty laundry and a tray or something in the room to make my coffee on (my husband brought the coffee back to the room). I had to mix the cream and sugar on the furniture. These things are definitely not deal breakers. If we would have these things I think this hotel would have been PERFECT.

the property was very cold which was a plus since we arrived late night and it was also very clean and full equipped with amenities and terry. we also loved how comfortable the bed and pillows were. parking was close to entrance and with elevator huge plus since we have luggage’s and strollers. we also loved how many light fixtures the room had and with a long mirror for easy dress up

They ran out of ice on the first floor and told me I could go to the 3rd floor for it. I will prefer to give the tip to housekeeping in person, instead of placing it in an envelope on the dresser. I heard one of the desk personnel tell a man his card didn't go through, but she let him and his family go up anyhow. The first time I stayed, the fire alarm went off constantly , so I couldn't sleep. Ther should have been some sort of compensation foe that.

It was very clean and loved the full size wall shampoo and conditioner,lotion,hand soap and body wash. Tired of the little tiny bottles 🤣.No breakfast but lots of vending machines. Room also had a fridge and microwave that was unexpected. Also La hacienda restaurant had delicious food and right next-door.

The bed was so springy it hurt my back

The bed was the comfortable ever... Very clean and friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Quite and peaceful

There just needs to be a little upgrade to the building it self in the rooms with painting and model also that they didn't have continental breakfast. Also I think the Jacuzzi suits should be on another floor other than the first floor

Not an accessible room as booked.

I booked an accessible room through you. When I got there I was told that booking.com overbooked and there wasn’t an accessible room available. My husband is in a wheelchair and it made our stay uncomfortable. That should never have happened!!!!

Thumbs up or Kudos to the owners of this property. I would not normally go and stay in a Red Roof Inn due to a bad reputation and reviews about them in general. After having read the positive reviews of people on Booking.com, and giving the hotel a chance, I’m so glad to have trusted the reviews. I can only say good things about this particular hotel. The owners have gone out of their way to create comfort, and convenience through a well thought out design and planning. The hair dryer attached to the wall in the bathroom for example, has night light. Liquid soap,shampoo/conditioner and lotion attached to the walls in the bathroom for easy access; There is customer support specifically for the internet; Large TV is attached to the wall rather than sitting on the furniture which makes for a more comfortable viewing; lots of mulch surrounding the gardens, especially great for when our small dogs needed to use the bathroom instead of the typical grass that can brown easily or burn from constant hotel guests pet urination; the hotel is located near restaurants, shops, gas station and main highways for convenience. The hotel overall is very clean and well maintained.

Not the hotels fault, it’s more due to their interest provider. The inconvenience of not having correctly identified the internet connection issue immediately by the first customer service support personnel with Cox was frustrating. I needed to use the internet for Zoom due to an important meeting.

It was very comfy & clean staff was excellent

Once I got there I had to turn around & leave again to put money on one of my prepaid credit cards to give them a security deposit because they don't take cash. That took some time that did not make me happy.

It was clean, close to food and shopping, staff was friendly.

The beds wasn’t comfortable, they had bad dips in them. Multiple times I had to go down and ask for more towels and wash cloths.
