Breakfast was good, crowded but stands to reason it would be at 8:30 am. The lady keeping everything supplied did a good job. The gentleman that checked us in named Josh was really good helping us. I had goofed up our reservation but he found it and got us settled in quick order. That is the 3rd time we have stayed there and every time they have a maintenance man that goes out of his way to make sure everything is good.

Can't think of a single thing, unless I could have the breakfast seating all to myself....uh-huh sure that's going to happen in my perfect world.

The suite was awesome! We had everything we needed at our fingertips. It had a nice cooktop,fridge, microwave, full size coffee maker and all the utensils needed. The king suite was roomy. Very clean with a nice sofa to relax on and the bed was so comfortable. They served a hot / cold breakfast every day. The pool was super relaxing. I didn't try the gym as it was vacation week. The location was great. It was close to all the springs. Lots to do within close proximity. Pet friendly with a nice little pet area..The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Lots of great suggestions on the to-do while you visit.

There was not one thing I could say I didn't like. Other than if your traveling with pets it is your responsibility to pick up after your pet. Not the staffs.

Everything was great but the rooms are bit small, if one travels with the family. We had a king bed and sofa sleeper. Luckily we only slept there as we were in town for a swimming championship thus we did not really hanging out inside the room. My daughter used downstairs area for her school work and it was fabulous!

New hotel close to Top of the World and near a Publix, Italian restaurant, and Cody’s. The room was nice and had extra pillows and blankets. It also included free breakfast that was pretty good.

There are no housekeeping services during your stay, but that doesn’t make the rate more competitive. Use the Publix nearby, the cost of drinks and snacks at the desk are expensive.

Shana was the best front desk team member by far. She was courteous, friendly, helpful, and made the guest feel genuinely feel welcomed. The maintenance man was helpful and friendly also. This exceptional rating is only driven by my experience with Shana and the maintenance man.

The breakfast was delicious. I was surprised at how many choices there were. We especially loved the oatmeal. The shampoo and conditioner in the room was very nice

We would’ve liked to have had twin beds instead of one king size bed. We thought they should’ve had a soap dish in the bathroom for the bar of soap. If not, it should’ve been liquid soap from a dispenser.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly, very helpful, rooms were nice and spacious, love the kitchen in the room, I was able to do some cooking, we're on the road allot so it was good to have a home cook meal. Love the salt water pool, the breakfast was good also. I love that their were lots of places to eat if you wanted to eat out.

Location and cleanliness were great, room was clean and comfortable, meet by friendly staff at desk , parking was adequate and plentiful , breakfast was well stocked and good. No complaaints , I would stay here again.

The pool and pool area feel like an afterthought. It’s not inviting and the area/pool is very small compared to the size of the hotel.
