Location was great as there were many restaurants, grocery stores to get supplies to use in the kitchenettes. Staff was super kind especially the lady who checked us in and out. Wish we had her name but she had short gray hair and was just so nice and personable.

sorry to say but breakfast. Just too processed. Honestly similar to other hotels. suggestions are fresh fruit or cut up fruit salad or eggs that are not overcooked. some more healthy breads whole wheat or sourdough. healthier cereal choices like granola or muesli. But overall not bad just could be improved. Thank you.

Everything was great! The staff and management was spot on, each and everyday! So nice and polite, and very enjoyable. May we say, they really made it feel like home there! So they picked the "perfect name" for that hotel. Assistant manager Craig Corn went out of his way to keep the hotel up to par everyday! We've never seen a hotel manager so commented and dedicated to his job, in such a wonderful way. From the staff whom cleaned the rooms,to the people working to prepare that good breakfast every morning,and the desk staff as well. Hats off to you all! Be proud of who you are, and what a great job you do. Job Well Done!!! We loved it!!! Hope to visit there again for sure!

First hotel we ever stayed in, that we had "nothing negative" to say.

The room was big, we had plenty of room. Very clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was one one of the best I have ever had at a Hotel. Lots of choices! Convenient location for day trips, we went to the beach on the Gulf one day and to the Atlantic on another day. Housekeeping was great, they came every other day to straighten our room, take the trash out and leave new towels. Can't say enough good things, we will stay again!

There is nothing I didn't like!

Very friendly place; enjoyed the always-there coffee; local newspaper available in the morning; WiFi worked great; room heating/AC worked great; very clean.

Didn't really care for the breakfast; all three cold cereals were sweetened (Cherrios, Raisin Brand, another Fruit Loops type cereal; they did have low-fat milk; what appeared like a folded over pancake had some kind of yucky liquid cheese melted inside; I could have made my own waffles but skipped it; no yoghurt that I could find.

Nearby shopping and eating options. The property is new so no signs of wear and tear. Friendly and responsive staff. Great breakfast options.

Great staff awesome rooms

Location was excellent as our family members live in The Villages. Also convenient to grocery shopping. Staff was excellent! Breakfast was nice. Room was very clean and with comfortable bedding and furniture.

Our room decor was rather interesting. Whoever the designer was must have either been color blind or not well-trained in creating a pleasing and sensible combination of palettes. The fabrics and walls were clean, but the color selections both hurt our heads and made us laugh.

I think it could have umbrellas or cover over the wood cover outside or at least half of it and chairs with umbrellas closer to pool instead of everything being open and no cover really by pool to get out of sun. No other complaints as the property very clean and nice!

Super friendly staff, very helpful with questions and directions. Wonderful room with kitchen and utensils. LOVED the full size fridge and the large freezer to allow me to empty my cooler to completely rechill my food, and refreeze my own ice bottles and blocks for our cooler while traveling. This convience alone is appreciated enough to make Home2 Suites our preferred place to stay when traveling where available.

The water pressure in the shower was low, and the water drips from the shower. And the bathroom faucet handle was very tight to lift and it squeeked loudly which was distracting in the middle of the night.

Great location, breakfast was different everyday was nice. Food was not your normal gross eggs. Actually had egg pattys(more like fastfood). Room was nice size.

Wish they would clean the pool better. We where there a week and never saw anyone clean or check the pool.
