We spent two nights at TownePlace Suites and our stay was really good. The room was spacious and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped and we were able to prepare our own food there. The facility also has a pool and a gym with weights and cardio equipment. The staff is welcoming and helpful with any request you might have. The location is very quiet and perfect for a good night sleep. Definitely recommended as a stop if you are visiting Mt Dora.

Overall comfortable, modern rooms. Nice, ample breakfast, though pre-made egg omelets were cold and butter hard as a brick. Friendly personnel.

Old, very noisy A/C with limited” button control. Also, A/C kept blowing sheer curtains into room. Shiny new wall thermostat was not working. TV remote wasn’t working for volume/channel control. Intermittent loss of TV signal. Sticky floor as you enter room.

I did not want to have to download an app to do the laundry The design of the shower door is wrong. There was always more water than the shower mat could handle. Last night, saw a palmetto bug crawl out of the hassock

The overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests made by guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for the sports event that we were attending and participating in.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

It's near the highway. Rooms are a perfect size. Great breakfast offerings.

Housekeeping staff tried to enter my room before 12 noon departure. They knocked on the door at 11:00. I said just a minute but then someone unlocked my door!. Lucky for me I had the door block on.

There is excellent breakfast variety including hot and cold options. The location is very close to Leesburg and restaurants, and near several golf courses in the area and The Villages. The kitchenette in the room was very convenient for a multi-day stay. Food items and snacks are for sale at the front desk. The staff was very helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

I Loved Everything About It

There Wasn’t Nothing I Didn’t Like About The Property..what I didn’t like was when I got my receipt it said I checked out at 12:30 when we left the room before 12 noon and my card was charged 170.00 when I booked on Booking For 129.00 Which was 145.00 after taxes …other than that my stay was very good and I’ll definitely stay again..

This was a beautiful clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel. I had a 1st floor right next to the pool and it was a busy pool but not loud. The breakfast was great (crispy bacon!) And best of all the air conditioning was wonderful. The staff was excellent and friendly.

The staff were extremely wonderful. All of them. Breakfast was good. Room was nice & clean. No odors.

Only downside they do allow pets & walking thru lobby had a flea jump on & bite me. But the animals were well behaved & it didn’t smell like animals.

I rarely do reviews but the staff at this location were exceptional; above and beyond. Notably receptionist Betty & housekeeper Ama. I hope your employer super appreciates you.

Usual corporate cardboard, don’t eat it breakfast. Usual non-senior discounts.
