Overall comfortable, modern rooms. Nice, ample breakfast, though pre-made egg omelets were cold and butter hard as a brick. Friendly personnel.

Old, very noisy A/C with limited” button control. Also, A/C kept blowing sheer curtains into room. Shiny new wall thermostat was not working. TV remote wasn’t working for volume/channel control. Intermittent loss of TV signal. Sticky floor as you enter room.

The overall atmosphere was excellent. The staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests made by guests. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained. The location was perfect for the sports event that we were attending and participating in.

There was nothing that I didn't like.

There is excellent breakfast variety including hot and cold options. The location is very close to Leesburg and restaurants, and near several golf courses in the area and The Villages. The kitchenette in the room was very convenient for a multi-day stay. Food items and snacks are for sale at the front desk. The staff was very helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked nice.

I Loved Everything About It

There Wasn’t Nothing I Didn’t Like About The Property..what I didn’t like was when I got my receipt it said I checked out at 12:30 when we left the room before 12 noon and my card was charged 170.00 when I booked on Booking For 129.00 Which was 145.00 after taxes …other than that my stay was very good and I’ll definitely stay again..

This was a beautiful clean, comfortable, and quiet hotel. I had a 1st floor right next to the pool and it was a busy pool but not loud. The breakfast was great (crispy bacon!) And best of all the air conditioning was wonderful. The staff was excellent and friendly.

The staff were extremely wonderful. All of them. Breakfast was good. Room was nice & clean. No odors.

Only downside they do allow pets & walking thru lobby had a flea jump on & bite me. But the animals were well behaved & it didn’t smell like animals.

I rarely do reviews but the staff at this location were exceptional; above and beyond. Notably receptionist Betty & housekeeper Ama. I hope your employer super appreciates you.

Usual corporate cardboard, don’t eat it breakfast. Usual non-senior discounts.

Love the rooms I stay at that particular place two to three times a year if not more.

The people of the front desk I was a little disappointed they didn't not look very professional looking this time and the breakfast I was not very impressed this last time compared to other times had stayed there.

Breakfast good. Always neat and clean. Staff worked hard to keep area clean and food available. The location was amazing.

I didn’t like asking for towels.

When I stayed for my wedding weekend 07/02/22.Everyone was so awesome to me and my wedding party.

I made reservations for 07/27/22.For 2 nights get to the hotel to checkin.The woman at the front desk was very nasty to me and my husband.We were told we couldn't use a loaded debit card,which was a lie because this the same card we used our prior stay.Matter fact my whole wedding party used prepaid cards for there stay.When I told her this she said the front desk clerk didn't know what he was doing.And that she just refused to take other guest prior to us.We had just traveled from Tampa we were tired and sleepy,she didn't care.So we had to find another room.So I will no longer be staying there.Or recommending any of my friends or family to stay there.
