We had an excellent stay. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

To save space, a barn door was installed for the bathroom and closet. If someone was coming out of the bathroom, anyone standing at the closet was hit by the door. The breakfast was unremarkable, the eggs were just bad. I don't think this is the fault of this property but that of the chain. As Hampton Inns go, the one at Mt Dors was the best I've ever seem.

Convenience to both restaurants as well as our relations. Clean, friendly staff. Glenna, with housekeeping, was wonderful. Even tho they only clean room every other day - if she saw us leave she would verify we didnt need anything Every Day.

Room didnt seem to stay cool, had to hit temp to 67 for sleeping. Not sure if due to sunset on that side of building or just general heat outside overall.

I ate breakfast 1 morning and I enjoyed it very much. I had oatmeal and a bagel. Both were fresh and tasty. My room was very clean. My only suggestion would be to have larger waste baskets since they have the rooms serviced every other day the trash builds up quickly.

While the bathroom was very clean it did have a sharp pungent smell. Don’t know if it was the shower curtain or not (it was a pristine white color). No mold or mildew. Nothing appeared to cause the odor but that smell was there. The odor did not penetrate the rest of the room. It was not bad enough for me to complain about or to stop me from staying there again. Just annoying.

The Staff were superb. I lost my phone and the night clerk tried everything to help me. The problem was later resolved but full marks to the staff. Desk clerks daytime and nighttime were so friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and all in all, a great place to stay.

Can’t think of anything I didn’t like. It’s not a very high end hotel of course but there was nothing bad to say at all.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good. The eating area was clean and the staff made sure the coffee and food were stocked at all times. The seating for breakfast was very full. My group had seats but I think other guests had to take food back to their rooms.

The little side road our GPS took us down to get to the hotel was awful. It was covered with tree branches, debris and some old furniture that someone had dumped out. If the hotel had not be visible when GPS told us to turn there I would have been very hesitant to take this road. Gives a very bad first impression of the hotel.

Great stay. Glenna in housekeeping was outstanding. And the girl at front desk the evening of December 26th and 27th was very helpful. Also the gentleman at front desk the morning we checked out(December 28th) was great!!

We lived in Mount Dora, and this was our final move-out night. Needed a place to recharge with our Labrador Retriever before our road trip. It was exactly what we needed!

The frozen food selection could have been a little better, but that really wasn't a show-stopper. I still have rental properties in the area and will return to your place should I need to visit from time to time.

breakfast was okay, Not enough protein choices way to many carbs. Would have been nice to have a different choice of eggs , maybe a bit more greens and fruit. Location was actually very good , however a shuttle into and out of Mount Dora would have have been the frosting on the cake , instead of driving and fighting for a parking place.

Hosts were pleasant and very friendly. They explained the details of our room and amenities with such a helpful attitude. The breakfast was great and the hosts/cooks were so friendly and gracious. The room was clean and the entire stay was excellent. I highly recommend staying here again

The staff are wonderful, the room & front area are always clean. Pet policy & accommodations are great. The breakfast is always fantastic.

The in room refrigerator was barely cool & the outlets for charging are very loose.
