The bed was very comfortable the first night I slept 10 1/2 hours and I never sleep very long. The bathroom and the rest of the place was clean. The one side of the bed stand was kind of hanging out of 10° angle look like it was ready to fall off the wall. But all in all it was very nice.

The breakfast in the morning could’ve been better, the milk was terrible, seemed almost semi spoiled, and the coffee was not very good out of that machine. But the gal that ran, it was very friendly and courteous.

I look for protein and there were some good selections. Most motels serve carbs which are not good for me. Also this location provided several different beverages, pancakes, very complete. Everything a child or adult would need for breakfast.

A simple thing for a couple in their 80ties that get up a couple times per night would be a night light positioned to light the path but not to bright. We left the bathroom light on and the door slightly open.

The property is very well-maintained. The property lit and handicap parking upfront is sufficient. The rooms bathrooms, breakfast room, hotel, all very clean.

If you want to feel special and one a nice place to stay, this is where you need to stay. The staff is outstanding. I can’t talk enough about the staff.!! Your staff is the first people that you see when you walk through the door. If they are not in a good mood, you wouldn’t want to stay. I stay the first week and two nights stay the following week and the staff was so accommodating. I did not realize I could ask to change rooms if the bed was too hard so on my second day, I mentioned that to the sweet girl upfront and she put me in the most comfortable bed and I slept like a baby. I will be back I’m sure.

Location and selection items were great and fresh. The accommodations and staff were excellent, and we will be booking with Microtel if available on our next trip.

Heat system was down in our room, and we had to move to a different room. Front desk and staff went out of their way to correct situation. Can't complain about them, it was just the trouble they had to go thru to correct a issue.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable, room had everything I needed, even though it is smaller than most hotel rooms I have stayed at. Very friendly staff. I didn't eat the continental breakfast, but it looked adequate.

I had one neighbor that they talked extremely loud, the ac unit and tv drowned out most of the noise, thankfully they didn't talk all night. This is not something the hotel can really control, but I am sure if it got out of hand they would have stepped in.

He should start breakfast at 6:00 in the morning everyday of the week. On weekends this facility didn't start serving breakfast until 7:00 and we had to leave earlier than 6:30 to get to where we had to be that day so your breakfast bar did us no good and I mentioned it to the front desk person and they just shrugged their shoulders

Room was clean, check in was easy. Most importantly the staff was courteous and friendly. It was my father's 92nd Birthday. I had made a comment to Clark. He was working behind the desk. He sang happy birthday to him and later came to the room with a birthday bag of goodies and a card and sang for him again. It was awesome! Dad loved it. Very thoughtful and went the extra. I really appreciated that. I will definitely be using them again!

I loved the items of finger foods, snacks, and tolietrieses idea for sale. The GM was genius for thinking of an idea to assist the travelers. The breakfast was excellent and overall prepared with the upmost cleanliness. The coffee station with freshly brewed coffee all day is a win, win. Cleaning of the rooms every three days was a little puzzling when everything else was absolutely wonderful. Over all a magnificent vacation spot.

The facilities were very clean. The smell was clean. The room was roomy and bathroom was extra clean. The staff was very friendly. I got to the hotel at noon, locating myself, but the front desk allow me to check in at that time. That was so nice, and she was so friendly. Thanks

The outside noise at time filtered into the room. But then I was transfered from the 2nd floor to the first floor for my second night, and the AC and outside noise were much quieter.

The staff was always friendly and helpful. We were especially pleased that breakfast was provided. When we booked, we could have paid extra for breakfast, but opted not to, so when it was included, that was a huge bonus.

The bed was not comfortable. The mattress sunk in the middle and was not at all firm. My back was hurting when I awakened from a not so sound sleep.
