location, facility and room size

staff did not have the right tv remote by the tv however we did not know it so could not get tv working. we went to front desk and the part time staff said he couldn't help up. told us to unplug the tv :( we finally find a tv remote in a night stand the next morning just before checking out. better care needs to be made by staff to ensure tv remote and instructions are known. large bug was in the room. scared the sh..... t out of me but guess it's part of the area so to be expected. we took our dog for a walk and walked passed the breakfast room. a staff came out and yelled at us that we couldn't bring the dog in. we said we weren't but felt she was a bit presumptuous and rude to us.

The style of the hotel was adorable, and we loved the location. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to visit. The breakfast was good & convenient, but we only went one day. Beds were clean and comfortable. The people in the office were helpful and gave us tips for places to visit while we were there.

I wish I had known that there were connecting rooms. We would have requested those rooms earlier, but the hotel was able to keep us close just not in adjoining rooms. The pool was nice but small. Probably wouldn't be too much fun for kids.

Rooms r always nice & cool & very clean. Staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast food is good & very clean. Hotel is centrally located to everything in the area. Our room TV wasn't working & staff determined it was TV not cable so they moved is to another room several doors away. Staff called us to let us know about issue & timeliness to come by to move our belongings. They did everyone right. Rooms are clean, comfortable & bathrooms are same. Love pump containers of hand wash, lotion, shampoo and conditioner great for environment

The location was perfect - walking distance to Spanish square. The property, room- very clean. The room was very cozy. Plenty of extra space. Balcony. Refrigerator. Coffee maker. Bed was soft and very comfortable. Plenty of pillows. Good breakfast

Balcony had chairs, but no table. There was only one side table with the lamp for two beds. The coffee maker was very small- one cup. No magnifying mirror in the bathroom to put makeup The swimming pool was too small and unkept.

Unique looking place. Kinda in a circle. Nice staff members. Our room was huge and had a newly remodeled bathroom. Shower was GREAT! Food was tasty at breakfast. This must have been quite a place when it was new.

Outside needs attention. Power washing or just a good sweeping of cobwebs. Actually kind of hard to find where to check in/register. Breakfast area small, little seating.

Easy access, Comfortable, pretty quiet.The pool was Very nice, breakfast was good Staff was very nice and Helpful and polite.A Good Breakfast.

The Refrigerator on the bottom to close to the floor, also the Microwave. Needs to be put separate from the bathroom area.Needs to be put outside by the T.V.on it's on cabinet or table.

Location was great close to our destination Staff is always super friendly & professional. Rooms are clean. AC works great as do the showers. Breakfast is good & always fully stocked.

Mattresses need to be replaced. We've stayed here 4 times & that's our only complaint.

The people are wonderful, kind, and friendly. I keep on having to extend my stay and they are very accommodating. The room is spacious and comfortable. Balcony is a nice amenity.

The location being in The Villages had everything you would need nearby. The outside of the property looked very nice

The bed was uncomfortable, drapes didn't close in the center and we're hanging off the rod, toilet seat was loose, overall cleanliness of the room was somewhat below average.

The experience was awesome The villages is a cool place to hang and meet people I mean I used to live here many years ago and I'm moving back I did a little bit of business down here that's why I stayed at the hotel and I enjoyed my stay and I would do it again
