The staff is absolutely 100%! Very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast has a great selection of hot and cold items. Coffee was always hot and fresh. My room was clean and cleaning staff was very good about bringing fresh towels when needed. Even though the property is near the interstate, it was very quiet. The pool is clean and refreshing.

The property is very rundown and needs a serious makeover. It's very worn and outdated. The laundry facility was closed because the washer and dryer are broken. This property has certainly seen its better days.

The breakfast was done well and attended. And the location is near everything that I was visiting. The beds are comfortable and the place was clean and well kept.

I know this is probably just the way of things today, but the front desk evening person should really work on his customer service skills. I have stayed at this property numerous times and the only thing that I dont look forward to is the evening front desk person. He makes people feel as though we are bothering him. I will not be back just so I can avoid him and give him a piece of my mind.

I like the fact it was so close to the Florida Horse Park. The staff is great, everyone was very accommodating and friendly. The room was more than adequate. The bathroom was fine. The bed was super comfortable

The hallways were not air conditioned very well at all. The entry could be better.

The breakfast was incredibly good with a wide variety of breakfast items to choose from. The staff was great, friendly, kind and helpful always with a smile. The room was clean and well laid out with a sofa and coffee table which added to the comfort. The pool was clean and nice. The location right off of I75 made it convenient to access attractions. Parking was good and there were many restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Clean and functional room. Staff is very nice. Comfortable bed. The cofee is always available in the lobby. The are enough grounded and USB outlets at the desk and night stand.

A slightly better fridge with more freezing capacity would be nice., Some other healthy choices for breakfast. However, the eggs and sausage patties were pretty good.

FOX NEWS playing on television during the breakfast. Pool was not heated and it was located adjacent to the parking lot. Very loud constant roar from the nearby freeway while trying to relax at the pool.

CLeaning staff entered my room to clean, though I had the do not disturb sign. Maybe they need to put a red do not disturb sign 2nd ice machine was not working on my floors

Staff very helpful, Room met our expectations. This area has a hotrod/drag race culture. The motel is right next to a automotive museum and there was a really nice car show event during our stay. Walked to Sonny's BBQ for a great meal. Also visited a nice Indian Motorcycle dealership a few miles away.

good value, close to the interstate, clean and very comfortable mattresses. Easy check in.

Breakfast attendant was not very accommodating. Items were depleted at 8 am, and when asked to replenish, she refused. Breakfast is advertised until 10 am.

Breakfast was nice with a variety. The hot food was hot and the cold food cold. Excellent.

The front desk person when I checked in. Terrible attitude. He treated me like I was bothering him. I will never understand why people work in customer service when it appears they dont like people .
