Great location, very comfortable room and beds

Perhaps breakfast, although excellent was a little expensive

I chose this hotel for its location. Proximity to both Kowloon Station for the Airport Express and West Kowloon station for high speed trains to China. It is also pretty close to the Star Ferry terminal and the Harbor City Mall and I liked being able to walk out on the pier in the evening to enjoy the sunset and city lights. The rooms I stayed in (I stayed twice) were clean and comfortable. It was nice to have the refrigerator in the room to keep cold water on hand. I liked that they provided a carafe and a filtered water station instead of single use plastic water bottles.

- Table was too small (especially when you have amber code and decides to bring your food on your hotel room; it’s not comfortable to eat) - No bottled water provided (even if there’s a water dispenser outside, it could’ve been better if there was or were bottled waters) - No breakfast - Outlets (though you may request for an adapter, it would be better to have it prepared there already) - No bidet - Refrigerator smells plastic

The location was really very good; it was very accessible and it made commuting/traveling really easy. The staff was also very nice and accommodating. We actually didn’t make it in time for our check out time but they didn’t make us pay for an extension, even if we were willing, since we won’t be able to utilise it since we were leaving for the airport already. The processes were also very efficient; checking in and checking out only took minutes.

Probably just the size of the room, it was just a little to cramped but I understand that was already on of the larger spaces in HK.

The hotel is located in an up market shopping area. Within walking distance to 2 metro stations and many restaurants.We stayed for 17 days,the cleaning lady serviced our room and changed our towels every day. The room service is good. I asked for a scale to weigh my baggage and it was delivered within 5 minutes . Coffee and tea provided daily but no bottle of water. A taxi to the airport took 25 minutes at a cost of around HK$300.

The room is in a smaller size, did not have room to walk round, so is the wardrobe, can only fit in one small suitcase. We have to put the large suitcases under the desk.

Great location in Kowloon, convenient to walk to all shops and markets, great little cafes and bars in the complex. Staff were super helpful on the desk, check in/check out fast and efficient. Would stay again

It is a large hotel which is taken into account but maids knocking on the door at 7.30am on a Sunday after a long flight wasn’t ideal - yes there is a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign but without this 7.30am is still too early - a very minor point to an otherwise flawless stay.

Great location! With the help of Bill Szeto, Chief Concierge, we went sightseeing to exciting places every day. The ferry to Macau is on the pier right in front of Royal Pacific Hotel. The Star Ferry to Hong Kong Island is a short walk from the hotel. Two train stations are nearby and the trains are easy to ride with the help of the Chief Concierge. The hotel restaurant has a quality buffet for breakfast at a fair price. They offer a large variety of British and Chinese food.

Great quality for price!

Some hotel rooms in HK look a little dated, but the rooms here feel new. Very clean, massive comfortable bed. The reason I didn't answer the previous question about price expectations is because I arrived on a Thursday and initially planned to stay 3 nights, but the price on Sunday had dropped by 40% and Monday and Tuesday were even cheaper. Incredible value for the quality of the room.

Maybe some more food options and facilities, but I wasn't here to sit around a swimming pool, so I was totally satisfied with everything.

This is an excellent hotel near Kowloon Park in upper Tsim Sha Tsui. The property enjoys a bay view, although our room had a street view, but for a bit of a premium, one can get fantastic treatment of the night time Central lights from bed. I found the location ideal as it is slightly tucked away from the Nathan Road madness and that of the Temple Street Night Market, yet it is within walking distance to all of it, as well as two well connect subway stations that can get you pretty much anywhere in Hong Kong. The staff of this hotel really sets it apart. We were treated like royalty, especially by the concierge, who happily called us taxis, gave us travel directions and kept our luggage until 23:00 o'clock on the day we were leaving. Although we didn't make much use of the facilities, the hotel restaurant looked appetising, plus the whole thing is right next to the Harbour City shopping mall so you can literary have everything there. The secluded Pacific Coffee cafe on the podium level deserves a special mention. It was so quaint and peaceful, and although Pacific Coffee is a chain, having our first coffee in that particular outlet before setting out to explore the city for the day became a bit of a ritual.

The only slight drawback was that our room looked a bit tired, and although it was a Premium, it was a bit small in terms of size (to be fully expected in Hong Kong, in all fairness). The hotel was undergoing extensive refurbishment while we were there, however, so perhaps many rooms look updated already or will do soon. Also worth mentioning that we only knew that refurbishment works are underway because of a polite notice in our room. It was so well managed that it didn't cause any disruption whatsoever.

This location is superb right on the harbour , staff are very friendly and breakfast is excellent

I know why water is not supplied to reduce plastic waste but in hot humid weather it is essential water fountains are not appropriate for people to keep running backwards and forwards and the electricity you use to power all these water machines probably means you don't really save any money anyway
