It’s being renovated

It was to many pensioners always unhappy because I was with my two daughters and they where playful, specially in the swimming pool

Everything was OK.

There was no air conditioning in the room!!!!! 35°C outside, you can imagine in the room......

Very good location, not many people in the hotel, friendly staff, good sauna, pool. Close to the city Luhacovice, nice walks.

The location was very nice, although a Superior room was nice as was the bathroom, it was very small.

The room was fine and modernish, but The small and the Superior room was nice, the view of the parking lot and the noise was disappointing. The lobby/hotel/wellness centre very shabby and tired looking. The restaurant was more like a cafeteria and again very old and worn. Given the rates charged for room and restaurant in off season it was quite below standard.

The hotel is set up nearby a lake. The nature is briliant and offers a wide range for various outdoor activities - for families with small children as well as for eldery people.

The hotel is very average. Average rooms, average food. Seems like some rooms are already redesigned /but we onlysaw the redesigned room doors from a corridor/ and the hotel is trying to invest the money into improvements. Our two rooms had very different comfort even if for the same price. One of the rooms had old windows. The part of hotel we stayed had old ugly doors. The indoor pool is new and big but water was cold, wellness is new and nice. Changing rooms in wellness are partially renovated. The reception and lobby are still in ‘80. The dining room was partially renovated - no idea why the bar part was not renovated too.

The location was beautiful and serene . The staff was helpful.

The hotel needs an urgent renovation. It looks from the inside and outside as if taken from an old soviet movie

The breakfast was excellent. The location is great. Free parking, use of swimming pool.

The price was quite high for our room (economy twin room). Lots of dust in the room (behind beds). We stayed at 4th floor - under the roof, it was very hot in the room (no aircon), it took a long time for a hot water to come to the shower. Lunch and dinner available to buy, but havent used this option, as it was a bit pricey.
