The resort it's pretty, it has a feeling of being in some avant-garde art gallery. The layout its kinda a labyrinth but I believe that what makes me liked this place. When you arrive at the elevator the security tells you that the lobby is at 4th floor, once you're in it you realize that the road level is at 5th floor. :D pretty cool watching at the sea while descending. the room size was good and I got a pretty spacious balcony with nice sea view over the pool bar pavilion roof. unfortunately I couldn't use the balcony because of the weather, too out to relaxing. Bathroom is perfect, bed very comfortable. breakfast was internationa/asian with plenty of choices, not a huge selection but quite a few. I'll definitely come back

The hotel and staff was amazing! There are multiple pools and access to the beach. We had the ocean view room and the view was beautiful, the terrace was nice and the rooms was cleaned daily and was very nice as well. The breakfast was nice as well with everything you could want from an egg station where they make them however you want with whatever you want and the choice between thai and european breakfast options. The remarks about management not being fluent in english is correct but there are plenty who speak the language. The cleaning staff was also super friendly! The staff is also really quick and helpfull since we had an Issue with the room and they came an repaired it within 20 minutes! ( You are also very close to the wooden temple, you can see it partly from the beach! )

The only 'downside' of the hotel is that if you want to go into the city you need to install Bolt ( an app like uber ) or call a taxi. The app is really easy though and very cheap compared to taxi's ( the person at the front of the hotel helped us with this ). Overall this is not a an Issue at all but it is something that is good to know, the location and the beach view makes the trade 100% worth it!

Not a very clean beach. The location is relatively remote, requiring taxis or shuttles to reach central Pattaya. The resort does not meet the luxury standards expected of a 5-star property​. Most of the rooms have limited sea view.

beautiful place with really spacious room, amazing view from the balcony and comfortable bed and furniture. great selection of pools to swim in and a nice pool bar.

some parts of the room were a bit dirty particularly behind the bed or on the sides of the walls. often the staff would close restaurants and bars early if there weren’t many customers, I guess that’s a Thai custom but would’ve been nice to be able to get drinks by the pool a bit later in the evenings!

The location is too far from the amusement parks, this place is only suitable for the elderly who come to relax

Room, pool, beach and staff was great.

Breakfast was decent but pre cooked eggs and hot buffet was always cold. Disappointed that they showed a rooftop restaurant that is no longer in existence. This may have been a 5 star resort at one time, but with some updates it should resume its former glory!!

lovely hotel not an A+ large hotel but every is good. Bed is very comfort, staff is good with service mind smile and happy to help. club room is big enough for family. breakfast is fair not many choice a lot of Thai food.

location is far a from everything. Car or Taxi is needed. pool are small and separated.

Staffs were friendly especially in breakfast room Oil she is one of my favourite staff and Bowie is the receptionist they were helpful and friendly
