The bed is comfortable, sleep quality is good. The food is also quite ok and reasonably sized portions. Room service is prompt without delay. Wifi connection worked fine. Easy to get autos/taxis from this location - which is very close to the train station and a mall.

The staff working the breakfast area/time are a bit clumsy and patchy with their table service. Heavily distracted by families - they do struggle to keep up service levels for people traveling solo. The quality of western fare can improve significantly if they try - the baked goods are hard and stale. A bit of sloppiness with servicing the room - old towels and used soap found when I checked into the room. But otherwise the room service staff is prompt and kind.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Park Inn in Gwalior. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the outstanding customer service. The warmth and hospitality by Varun at the front desk made the check-in seamless. One of the standout features of my stay at Park Inn was the culinary experience. The hotel's restaurant, helmed by their skilled Chef Suresh, Chef Stavendar & team; the restaurant staff were attentive and courteous and must mention the good service extended by Ankul and Ravinder Singh. The hotel is centrally located making it accessible to all tourist locations and offers choice to walk or take local transport.

Compared to similar hotels in India, the standard of spoken English from the staff was quite variable. This probably reflects that not many foreigners come to Gwalior. Normally, this isn’t so important, but occasionally a precise understanding between hotel and guest is vital!

The property is just at a stone's throw from the Gwalior Railway Station, so you don't have to rent any vehicle to reach here. The rooms were neat and clean, with ample supply of toiletries and prompt room service. They have these really great varieties of tea sachets at the coffee corner of the room. Breakfast buffet will leave you taste buds satiated.

Though there were few misses like- the balcony door of the room had a faulty latch, which was changed however after multiple calls and visits to the front desk. Rest was okay.

The hotel is very good, nothing to complain about. Beds are comfortable, shower perfect, room with good space, very good breakfast, good location beside a shopping mall and 200 meters from the Gwalior train station. Staff were very kind arranging a late checkout until 9 PM with a partial payment for one room (we had 3 rooms).

Honestly amazing, the food is great and the staff outstandingly helpful and kind. Clothes washing was perfect, so was the room. It was big, the water hot and everything provided (shaving kit, toothbrush kit, hairdryer, fridge, coffee and tea maker, etc). Very comfy bed, so was the sofa for eating food of the restaurant. Particularly recommend the vegetables RBG roll! Early check-in and late check-out we’re both easily possible. Big TV. Just lovely.

The gym could be a better equipped, maybe a yoga matte would help. And maybe a second pillow per person on the bed.

Very nice hotel, situated right in front of the train station. Very professional staff, large and clean room with all amenities. Great buffet breakfast with lots of options, indian and continental. I would go again to this hotel on a second trip to Gwalior.

Park inn actually UPGRADED us to their 5-star Radisson Gwalior on their own, which is very nice of them! :))) !!! So this review is for Radisson Gwalior room, not Park inn. The hotel is well maintained with a nice terrace swimming pool, huge lobby, nice dining room. Room was spacious with efficient and responsive housekeeping staff. About the staff, Park Inn staff as well as the Radisson staff were helpful. They dropped us off in their hotel vehicle without any fuss, both for check in and check out, since it was them who had made the change in hotel for us. Also they kept our baggage for many hours until we picked it up late in the night. Really nice of them !

Why were the people in the dining room/breakfast room so grumpy and unsmiling ?!!! Lol ! Every one of them looked like they don't know how to smile and say hello , so sad !
