Well kept and extremely cozy. Soft piano music… the smell of cinnamon and pine when you entered the front door into the warm inviting lobby…. A hearty “Welcome!” from the staff….beautiful ski lodge motif with chunky wood furniture everywhere… super clean room where everything functioned flawlessly…. a lovely breakfast prepared by lovely staff. This is one of the nicest stays I’ve ever had, and I do this a lot. It’s six hours from home, and I can’t wait to go back.

The place really is perfection. The $210 price tag is tough, but amazingly enough it was one of the most affordable places I found. The hotel is appropriately priced for the area, and even offers a cheaper rate than most, but it is difficult to afford a stay for more than a day or two. You definitely get more than you pay for here, though!

The hotel was quiet and beds were very comfortable. Parking was convenient. We enjoyed the breakfast very much and the staff were friendly and accommodating. An added perk was the 24 hour availability of hot water and complimentary tea and coffee. The pool and sauna were also very nice.

Since it was winter, it would have been nice to see the fireplace in the lobby/reception area being used. We also were disappointed with the minimal selection of TV channels available.

Plans changed, had to leave early. Absolutely did not like being charged for a night I was not there because the entire reservation was charged by booking.com. No where was I advised that early checkout would result in no refund. First time to use booking and BW, and it will be my last!

Breakfast was great; more than simply pastries which we liked.

We had a few noisy neighbors, in an attached room, but that's not the hotel's fault, UNLESS there were other rooms that weren't so close. But we expect that when using a hotel. I just wish people were aware of how loudly they are talking after midnight.

The breakfast was great! There were several choices and the hot food was hot. It was VERY helpful to have it started early since most of the people staying there were going hunting early in the morning. Also, the pool was a good size.

The hot tub was big but not very hot, more warm than hot.

We enjoyed the excellent breakfast and pool sauna area during our stay. Having hot water and tea available 24 hours a day was nice. The lodge was also very quiet during evening hours.

It was disappointing the fireplace was not used in the main lobby. The TV did not have many channels available.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise in a smaller town like Siren. It was modern, clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was average, with hot and cold options. The decor was nicely done in a woodsy - cabin type of feel, and there is a rather nice gift store in the lobby too.

No view to speak of... there is nothing to really see in Siren.

Breakfast was fine and typical of chain hotels. Nothing special. Would love to see some healthier options.

Nothing. Northwoods decor was fine if outdated but reflected the area.
