- amazing location, very close to Lumpinee Boxing Stadium (roughly 10mins walk) - lovely staff, always smiling and very helpful - cute area, free WiFi, you can seat outside and enjoy your morning coffee

- clogged shower which unfortunately left us flooded and we had to change the room (staff very helpful here and handled it so fast!), new room also had similar issue but not that extreme - very loud AC outdoor units, hard to sleep right next to it

The hotel is close to Lumpinee boxing stadium, which is why I chose it and is also near good local restaurants (both are walking distance). The staff were very friendly and the place was clean and the bed fairly comfortable. The shower was electrically heated with very good water pressure. I would definitely stay here again if I was going to another event at Lumpinee stadium :)

The following is nitpicking. - Doors are flimsy and all the noise from the street will be heard - You will also hear the other guests every time they enter or leave or go to bathroom - There is a space in the room for big desk - just remove the coffee table and bring good office chairs. I did my work from the bed with laptop on my...lap...and my back is not happy. - BTS Sky Train is quite far

Handy little hotel with a walking distance (15mins max) to the Lumpinee boxing stadium. Rooms are spacious and clean and the area while very local have some lovely cafes, bakeries and shops in walking distance from the hotel.

I like this place as it was close to a lot of restaurants and food options.

I didn’t dislike anything at all.

This is a great little hotel. Clean, quiet, very good quality for the price. Five stops on the train from DMK.

The room was quite big and had space to build my music studio. Also nobody complained SO I enjoyed a lot!

The pillows were not so soft

safe, new, clean, water heater worked well, free coffee at the reception, good price for Bangkok

it would be perfect if there was a hair dryer in the room
