We are a family of four who stayed for five nights, from December 25–30, during our ski trip. The rooms were very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The in-house ski rental was incredibly convenient, and the ski room downstairs, equipped with three racks of boot dryers and plenty of space, made storing our gear hassle-free. The hotel offers a reliable ski bus service to and from Col Alto and Boe. Even during the busiest times, we never waited more than 10–15 minutes. Since we booked with half board, we were assigned a fixed table for breakfast and dinner, which we found quite convenient. The dinners were delicious, with a great selection from the buffet and the menu. The wine we ordered was excellent and reasonably priced. We also loved the pool and sauna, which could be reserved via the app. Using these facilities every day after skiing was a highlight of our trip. The staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. The WiFi speed was good enough for streaming YouTube videos without any issues. I had read some negative reviews before our stay but found none of them to be true—they must have addressed those concerns by now. Skiing in Alta Badia is a fantastic experience, and this hotel complemented it perfectly. We’ll definitely be back in the future!

Breakfast can offer a little more variety, especially fresh fruits.

Lots of space, pool, hotel room worked for our family.

Location to the Boe lift means you rely on the hotel shuttle to get to and from the ski area. Breakfast doesn’t start until 7:30 and the first shuttle leaves at. 8:20…. First lifts start at 8:30…. So it’s a very tight timeframe is you are a keen skier and want to hit groomed runs ASAP. If you only want to ski half day, you have to phone the hotel to send the car to get you an wait 10-20min. Skiiing with kids who don’t go out all day meant we had to call the hotel a few times. They came, but nothing beats beating able to finish when you want and walk to your accommodation. I would book closer to BoE next time

Hotel itself is nice and big with many facilities. The shuttle to the ski slopes is great and also all the facilities they have (sauna, little fitness, pool,...).

Breakfast has room for improvement, especially on the sides of healthy dishes, vegetarian or vegan options. Rooms are spacious but beds are not comfortable, also the heating is a bit too strong and you feel super hot when inside. The service can be really nice or quite cold, depends who you get on the reception (maybe it is the language barier). Also the sauna could be more under control, since some people don't obey rules, so they talk laud, bring the phones, the phones were ringing and all in many occasions it was too much noise for such a relaxing space.

Excellent and varied breakfast, large rooms (in the modern part of the hotel) and a dedicated ski shuttle minibus made our stay very pleasant indeed. There is a Sport Kostner ski rental shop within the hotel so no need to lug ski gear around. Also, the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

Our rooms were above what appeared to be some sort of function suite, and during our stay there was quite loud music playing until around 10pm. The outside door to my son’s room was also left open when his room was cleaned, which was a potential security issue. If it weren’t for these two small points we would have give the hotel a 10 rating.

Our room was in the newer section of the hotel complete with balcony and mini fridge The hotel staff were terrific, and we prepaid for the meal package. It was money well spent. The food choices both for breakfast and dinner were vast and the quality of the food was superb. We read on-line reports of long waits for the hotel bus to get you to the lifts but we never experienced this problem - the bus transfers to the lifts worked very well for us.

Staff were very friendly, especially during breakfast and dinner, especially Jasmine who took care of us in the dining room. Food was great, I was expecting more homemade bread and yoghurt. Location was excellent.

I would keep the Miniclub open in different hours. My kids didn't go to the miniclub because we have to decide between the swimming pool or the miniclub. what about stretching the time until 6.30 pm? The staff didn't have many kids during our stay.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is great. Breakfast was very good but they don’t serve vegetables at all at breakfast. The transport to the slope was quick and easy. The pool was also clean and nice.

The dinner is only at fixed price of 55 euro/person. You can eat anywhere in town with less than that (usually 15-30 euros). The restaurant manager was rude on multiple encounters, but all the other staff members were friendly and polite.

The hotel room is spacious with plenty of storage. Having a balcony that looks out into pristine snow is a big plus. The staff is very helpful and breakfast is generous.

Car parking and ski storage were not sufficient for the number of guests. Out of 4 days, only one day I managed to park my car in a proper spot. We had to just stack our skis against a wall because there was simply no free racking for us.

The rooms were really clean and well equipped, with very comfortable beds and lovely bathroom. The swimming pool was really pleasant as well and the transfer service to the ski lifts was excellent, we never had to wait very long at either end!

Generally very good. My only slightly negative comment was the waiter service at dinner. On a few nights we struggled to get someone to take our orders and on 2 occasions the mains we did order never arrived. I think this was more due to the business of the restaurant than anything else, but some of the junior staff didn't seem very confident.

We were in this hotel before, twice and we know, that everything is always ok. Now, is much better, because the dinner is like buffet, or you can order something from menu if you want. Super... Everything is clean, the staff is helpful..
