This was my first time in a 'fully automatic' hotel where login is done at a machine in the entrance... But it was very logical and smooth. The room was big, even with a small kitchen, and had a wonderful surprise - a relax chair! Great idea. The 'Mongolian Grill' restaurant that is part of the hotel was also offering really nice food.

Breakfast was not automatically included in the booking (although I default book like this, bit surprised) and is only from 6.00-8.00. Swiss start work early apparently! Fortunately a local bakery closeby and coffee machine in the room.

Clean, new, bright. Easy parking. Near enough to Solothurn to be able to walk into the old town/walk to the train station. Nice walk opposite on a hillside park with woods. Large enough desk to work from and good wifi connection. Good sized wardrobe, comfortable chair, adequate kitchen area. Friendly staff. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

It was rather hot but when I raised it with management they brought me a mobile AC unit which was noisy but effective. Also, the bathroom fan didn’t work. Not a big deal.

hotel staff is flexible and solution oriented. Hotel is clean bright and safe.

Not sure if room came with breakfast. Instructions on notices pasted in lifts says to simply inform staff in cafe. however staff in canteen said she’s not authorised to allow myself in. due to the sustainability measures, corridors and basement toilets were dark until sensor s are activated-scary for a lone lady

The place was amazing and especially Michael on the premises has been excellent with the issue we had with check in and payment.

If I be very critical then may be air con need a little attention.

Breakfast needs to be added additionally. Availability and price of it is not clear upfront and must be communicated separately. Classical continental breakfast. Staff was very friendly. Room is nice and equipped very good.

Easy to reach place with parking - room was spacious and facing the green backyard and therefore quiet. Kitchen is equipped with everything one might need. Exchange prior of the trip and during the trip was excellent - service is very recommended! Also the train station and city center of Solothurn is easy to reach on foot!

If one is noise sensitive, the near by bells of the church might be irritating (as they get off every 15 minutes).

loved having the kitchen area to cook for ourselves. view was great. loverly spacious room with a fantastic shower.

one patio door had no blind, and the area was open to room next door, so they would be ablre to see iinto the bedroom. room was then lit from sun rise. fridge stopped working so not good as my insulin was in there, and food.

The room was comfortable, clean and a lot of amenities are provided (Kitchen, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine). The parking/garage is very good and easy to use.

During our stay we saw nobody at the reception. It's very difficult to find someone from the hotel's staff. At the check-in the reception was closed. We had to do the check-in with the help of an automatic machine outside of the hotel. If someone does not have a credit card, then he can't do the check-in and he can't enter the hotel.

great location, easy to find. close to highway. staff is very friendly and the room was clean. I will visit again

I believe the accommodation is mainly used by business people. It was very clean, good beds and big screen TV with manny channels.. It's runned without reception staff and check in is by machine. We used it as it's close to Gruyeres by car.

We didn't like the location too much, but it was easy to go to Gruyeres from here by car.
