Proper Swiss hotel with Swiss staff: meaning clean, efficient and pleasant. Spacious room, very good breakfast which started at 6.30am giving enough time for an early start. Underground parking with 2 places for EVs: secure enough to leave bicycles. Excellent restaurant with nice terrace. Very friendly staff, next to train station and within easy walking distance of old town. If I come back to Burgdorf I will definitely stay here again.

No AC in room, but not a showstopper. Closed curtains during the day and Burgdorf is quiet enough at night to leave windows open when you sleep.

Breakfast, room, location everything is so good. Perfect room for a family of 2 Adult and 1 child. Train station is literally 2 mins walk from the Hotel. worth for the money. We loved the stay with nice and clean environment. Good choice!!!!!!

There is no air conditioner in the room, but still we got Fan. We went in september so it was fine for us because of good weather. But during summer its not possible without air conditioner.

Cosy atmosphere, nicely decorated, central location. Breakfast buffet small but high quality. Lovely staff all around. Parking garage entered via car lift which was an interesting experience. Unfortunately no lift to carry the luggage upstairs, please keep this in mind and first drop heavy suitcases first at reception. Otherwise it’s a lovely village and worth visiting.

The only irksome thing was the Wifi. Most hotels just let you into their Wifi as a guest and the others just need a password. Having to sign into Swissscom and giving them all sorts of info was a little over the top for me.

Nice hotel and café on the ground floor. The staff is very nice and welcoming.

The rooms on the top floor (3rd floor) are very warm on sunny days as there is no air conditioning. A fan is in the room but it was very noisy. You can open the windows at night to get some sleep as it cools down then.

We had a very pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful, and the hotel was ideally situated close to the train station where we needed to be. The room was quiet and the breakfast buffet had a lot of choice.

The room was big, bright, very clean I could walk without slippers even in bathroom. I also left my baby playing on the floor. It was very pleasant and exceptional clean ! We had acccess to balcony so could eat dinner with nice view of sunset. Bathroom was bright, shiny, big, very clean. I loved it ! Breakfast was full of choices, just missing fresh vegetables, and it was a bit confusing- the stuff asked for room number while serving coffee and we didn't know if it will be extra paid or not, and if we could get only one cup or more.. However everything was perfect and excellent! I will recommend and come back again !

room was excellent size for the price. clean.and new looking location was perfect as we have family in area and its also close to train which we used to go to Bern. so was easy as a walk from hotel

I had a meeting in Burgdorf, so the hotel was the perfect choice. The room was wide and clean, nice breakfast. Will come again in case of future visits to Burgdorf

Great location and reception desk staff very helpful.

We asked for one double bed but the pushed two single beds together. Could not have sex as the beds keeps moving apart. Breakfast could be better and should keep cheese separate from meat to accommodate all.
