Property is located at a private location away from the hustle and bustle, and built like a resort. There are two hotels that serve excellent food at reasonable prices. There is also a shop and mini golf. Special mention about the exceptional service. Dunia from the.reception staff gave us Swiss charging plugs to charge our phones and watches. Doris from the support team arranged to have my wife’s Apple Watch shipped to a local contact that she left behind.

Nothing in particular. I just wish that they had a swimming pool as well.

Very nice staff all around, at the reception and at the breakfast. Comfortable and spacious, very clean and nice. Breakfast was good, good quality continental. Parking was easy and available. We arrived late and did not use any other facilities but it worked very well for a quick stopover. Warmly recommended!

The sofa bed was not super comfortable. Me and my family enjoy English/American style breakfast with some scrambled eggs or similar, but they made lightly boiled eggs to order which was very nice.

As a recurring guest with my family, We appreciate the great location near minigolf and restaurants. The nights are very quiet. The staff is like always very professional and friendly, and the staff is consistently professional and friendly. The breakfast offered everything needed to start the day, though the refilling of items like oranges and cold meat took some time.

Excellent dinner restaurant and breakfast. Good room, fantastic bathroom, nice and modern with Corian! Easy access and good parking facilities.

The exterior of the hotel was clearly a bit old and not so well looked after, which tends to give off a bad impression about the hotel. First impressions matter I think.

Great location & lovely big rooms. Super breakfasts with lots of choice. Friendly, helpful staff. 2 really good restaurants on site around a pond with flamingos & ducks plus 2 mini-golfs as well. Lovely and quiet at night. Very good value. Plenty of free parking for cars & a rack for bikes.

Only thing i can think of is that there is no tea/coffee facility in the room, but anyhow they do this at reception/bar, if u ask.

This was an amazing place indeed. It’s rather a complex, consisting of two hotel buildings, a minigolf (with a windmill, and turtle and a lake with fishes), a miniaturgolf, the lake with flamingos and a pizzeria and a restaurant. There is also a playground for children there, which you can oversee from the tables in front of the restaurant (so you can have a coffee while the children play, and then buy them the coupe de glaces at the restaurant when they are tired). There is a huge parking place there, and parking places are rather big. The hotel is nicely decorated, super clean, the lady at receptionist was very kind and supportive, the room we got was big and well equipped and clean as well. The choice at the breakfast was excellent, the coffee was good and the ladies there were doing an excellent service. We would definitely like to come again, and for a stay longer than one night.

The only disappointment was the pizzeria. The ambience is really cool there (the bathrooms decoration is hilarious!), but the service was rather poor. We were waiting for almost one hour for two pizzas (when c. 70% of the tables were occupied), and the waiter made us feel rather unwelcomed and uncomfortable. We’ll try the other restaurant next time.

Nice staff, helpful. The dinner at the "Italian" Flamingo restaurant was nice. And the room was clean !

The room looked very old-fashioned, no air conditioning but a fan, the old key to open the door, the old curtains, the old carpet... But at the end we slept well ! It's just that I wouldn't come with my boyfriend, but the hotel is perfect for friends or family reunion.

Good to have oranges to make fresh orange juice in the morning! Nice cheese selection as well!

Not so easy to find rooms in the separate building

Good continental rich breakfast buffet. Nearby are the well known and highly rated "Florida Restaurants" ... with various facilities and a rich program.

Could be nice to have the possibility to make coffee/tea in the room. Coffee is available at the reception during opening hours, though.
