Great location on the beach and away from the crowds. We enjoyed the Level services including the dedicated pool area and Level lounge for breakfast, drinks and snacks during the day and then 5pm cocktails. Evening entertainment was also nice.. especially the Saturday evening “Mediterranean night”. We went next door to Vambú for lunch.. highly recommend trying it for something different to resort dining everyday.

The shuttle bus service into town was unreliable and taxis are not easy to book when you’re stranded in town. This was the only slight downside but worth the hassle so we could visit town, enjoy the restaurants and do some shopping.

Chiringito service staff very badly prepared, not well organized, not kind enough, they forgot one main plate, the wine, the octopus was very hard, the steak we asked two different days and the portions were very different from one day to another in terms of size (almost 3 times difference), the place is amazing but the service is really bad, I will not recommend it.

The hotel even though and older property had been renovated and offered a nice decor. With a beautiful setting for the buffet breakfast and some fun entertainment for families with younger kids at night. Spacious rooms. Wonderful access to the local beach with a wonderful beach bar and the most beautiful sunset.

The decor of the room could be improved but it was spacious and clean.

The best by far is the staff, with special mention to the kids club staff who were very kind. They came to check on us when my kid was having a meltdown in reception. The room was massive and overlooked the main swimming pool. There was nice entertainment at night which ended at 23:00.

The location, that part of the beach was not the nicest. It gets better the closer you get to Zahara.

The bed was very comfortable, the bedroom was spacious with lots of mirrors. The staff was very nice, especially Jota from the fitness activities team! The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was good (with some room for improvement).

There were no slippers, robe, or courtesy toiletries in the bedroom/bathroom. No courtesy water bottle either. The air conditioning only produced cold air. I thought it was ridiculous that we had to pay so much for parking, especially during the low season.

The staff were really friendly. The facilities for children were great. It was very attractive with nice rooms. Access to the beach was great. I loved the buffet, especially the chef who made omelette in the morning! It was the best place for a toddler. She could run around all day, play in the splash park, playground. Lots of options for her at the buffet, and they had high chair etc.

The food at the buffet was average. The salads and vegetables were excellent but the fresh meat & fish were not great. We were very disappointed that for 1 day the baby pool was out of action - as we were there only 3 days.

Very nice resort a bit outside of the old town. You need a car / taxi to get to restaurants, etc. They charge hourly rate for parking and given the fact that it’s not in the center, I thought that was completely unnecessary. Other than that, it’s a very good place to unwind!

Really spacious room and comfy pillows. Very nice pools and easy access to the beach. Very good buffet options. Really nice staff members across all departments.

Very limited timings to eat especially with young children like us: Breakfast 8:00-11:00 Lunch 13:30-15:30 Dinner 20:00-22:00

THE LEVEL VILLA was great. Pool verry nice. Staff also very good. Near the sea.

Food, a lot of choice. But the primer material was bad. A lot of frozen food. Could be much much better. Food i would give a poor 4

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel. On other occasions we have stayed in other hotels. Therefore we know the area well. Unfortunately the weather was not kind to us during the stay there.
