Everything exceeded our expectations. The location is like a oasis in a crowded place beautiful hidden with a stately long driveway that leads to a wealth of beauty and unadulterated luxury. The staff is very helpful and more important very friendly. The rooms are classic comfortable with an excellent air conditioning located on a internal "plaza" with a nice outdoor seating possibility, very intimate. The large pool is located in a secluded area of the beautiful gardens, and has comfortable sunbeds. Breakfast buffet is superb with everything from bread to serial or fruits. The hotel is an absolute gem, highly recommended.

Small affordable quaint Hotel close to the Tarifa. It has a nice character and a very well groomed exterior. Breakfast is excellent and a very good value

* Staff at the reception did not speak English at all (despite the Booking page and all the signs at the location being also in English), so it was more difficult than necessary to check-in and check-out * Our room had several ants and other small critters crawling around * Parking is a bit small. We were lucky to get the last available parking space. Not sure where would we have parked otherwise.

The location, staff, grounds with a pool were all great. The breakfast (for 9 euros) was good. It was across the road from the wind/kite-surfer beach. Not far away were beach restaurants.

The beds were very firm for us, but we managed. It was on the outskirts of Tarifa, but still worked out fine.

My stay was pleasant and laid-back. The location was quiet and surrounded by greenery and had a great pool, which made it a relaxing spot to unwind. The rooms had all the necessary basic amenities, making them comfortable for a good night's rest. One of the highlights was the hotel's proximity to the beach, just a short 10 to 15-minute walk away. It was convenient to have some beach bars nearby. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The gardens and courtyard area are beautiful. Staff friendly and the rooms nice and clean.

It was difficult to find anyone to get drinks from the cafe/bar.

Just a little gem. Tranquility and peace during our stay. We walked to a beach bar for a glass of wine and then returned to the hotel and had another glass on the terrace. Absolutely perfect.

Beach is very rocky in the neighbourhood. But in a few minutes distance by car beautiful yellow sandy beach is available.

Great location, hotel is a ten to fifteen minute walk to the beach and set in attractive grounds. Room was clean, quiet, good shower, good breakfast, pleasant staff and had everything that I needed for this stay

Nothing really. Others have noted a lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room and no fridge. Not an issue for me

Beautiful place, classic old hotel with beautiful gardens and cosy patio. We loved the location, the peace and quiet.
