I had an amazing 5 night stay and was very well looked after by the staff. The property is perfectly located just on the eve of Es Pujols and therefore super quiet whilst being incredibly close to all bars, restaurants etc. Special thanks to Yolanda who was super responsive on emails before I arrived and even managed to upgrade me to a beautiful 1-bed apartment (303) when I booked a studio. This was a very welcome surprise and meant I didn’t just have a larger room but also access to their beautiful roof terrace right outside my room.

There’s honestly nothing bad to report. My air con in the main room stopped working but was fixed within an hour which just shows how much they care.

Lovely property, perfect location off the main town area and a 5 minute walk to the beach. My room had a kitchenette which was great and a balcony I could watch the sunset from. The restaurant had nice options, a good breakfast buffet, great drinks, and nice servers. They did forget to charge my card a few times and I found myself being chased down to pay for things I thought I had already paid for but other than that all of the service was great.

The WiFi in my room didn’t work which was unfortunate but I spent most of my time at the beach or in town so it wasn’t too much of a concern.

I stayed in room 124, one bedroom apartment, with my mum and sister for 1 night. It was spacious and clean, had everything you needed. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable (even the sofa bed) and shower was powerful. It had a balcony with outdoor seating, kitchen and air conditioning. The welcome drink (by the pool) was a thoughtful touch. The pool and lounge beds are great to relax. The apartments have a free parking area just infront and it is walking distance of the beach. The staff is attentive & friendly. Wifi worked well. A special thank you to Matteo, at the front desk, for giving us helpful tips on restaurants and sights to see. We had a lovely Italian Sunday lunch at El Giovale, which he had recommended. Would love to return for a longer stay!

*The breakfast is delicious & lots of variety, however more vegan and gluten free options (like plant based yogurt & gluten free cruesli) would be greatly appreciated. Unfortunately they didn’t have any gluten free bread, it had been ordered but not delivered on time. *A little bit on the pricey side.

Beautiful, tranquil setting with lovely staff. Great decor and lots of thoughtful touches, such as the reading room, breakfast coffees served at the pool and robes and slippers. Thanks to everyone involved for making our stay such a great one! :)

Staying at Apartamentos Castaví was a panacea! The atmosphere in the hotel is extremely homely and relaxing. Every room is spotlessly clean and meticulously maintained, from the rooms to the common areas and the swimming pool. The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the centre of Es Pujols and within easy reach of numerous renting places, where you can rent a scooter or bicycle (for the more athletic), to visit the rest of the island. The staff is extremely friendly and professional, and is always ready to give you some advice on how to organise your stay on the island and suggest activities. The rich breakfast is particularly enjoyable, as are the dishes in the restaurant and the cocktails at the bar (strictly to be enjoyed on the sun loungers by the pool). If I could, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Kitchen very poorly stocked - nothing to clean dishes with and were not done by cleaner. Only stayed 2 nights- not really appropriate to expect guests to go and buy sponge and fairy liquid for 2 uses. No sharp knife to cut fruit, no chopping board etc Some of the reception staff were not very friendly. Most of the staff were though, so it was a shame as a few women let the overall team down.

The hotel itself was immaculate, very stylishly presented, and comfortable. The twin bedroom we had was a perfect size, with a balcony, a lounge-dining-kitchen area, and a very nice bathroom with everything you would expect. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive. The rooms were made up, and all the towels were replaced - every day! Taxis were booked for us, and when we were checking out before breakfast opened, they even put together a packed breakfast for us. The breakfast spread was superb, and the evening meals, included in the half-board, were of a quality far exceeding my expectations (3 courses, of expensive-restaurant standard). The indoor restaurant, the outdoor tables, and the bar area made for very pleasant evenings. The pool area was clean and laid out well to accommodate paddling, swimming, and sunbathing. It captured the sun for the majority of the day, and the building was orientated so that the sun was not lost early. From our room, we got some good sunsets, too. We did not use the snug/reading area downstairs, but it would have made a nice space to relax, had the weather not been so good. Overall, it was an impeccable experience.

There was a table and chairs in the room that took up a lot of room but the staff removed them, even though they had to winch the table out of the balcony window

How do I start? - my stay was sublime! Friendly staff from reception to breakfast and fantastic amenities. Great location near to everything from bars and restaurants from different budgets. Great bed, and clean rooms whenever the cleaning lady came , the room was left impeccable.

Decent apartments, but not that big. Very well maintained property. Helpful staff. Italian hotel like many in es Pujols. Easy to get around.

Dinner wasn't great and neither was breakfast. Very limited, but loads of restaurants near by. We travelled at the end of October just before they closed so only 2 or 3 restaurants open in Es Pujols then. We had to travel to San Francesc for dinner in a Taxi € 10. But lovely empty beaches..
