Location is great. We had a car but the public transportation is great there too. The room was spacious with very comfortable bed. The Wi-Fi was great too. There are a lot of cafes nearby. The staff was helpful and kind.

Just a little observation, not a complaint, because it didn’t bother us much. We stayed for a few days and there was no proper cleaning during our stay. They just took our trash out, changed the towels and remade the bed with the same sheets. All the water stains in the bathroom remained with us till the very end :) also there was not any refill of used bathroom supplies.

The location was fantastic, well decorated room with extra large and comfortable bed.

It seemed that hotel didn’t know that we were coming, when we came to check in. I booked a room with double bed and single bed, I have also requested an extra bed, but the room that we got was just a double bed. Staff had no problem in giving us an extra bed, but we were still one bed short 😄 As we were staying only one night and the double bed was really really big, we fitted.

The rooms are super comfortable, clean, the staff is really friendly. We were father and daughter and there was only one bed, we asked if we could change to a room with 2 beds and they gave is a room without any problems attached. Its in the middle of the center of Eskişehir and we loved our stay here. We are definitely coming back!

The hotel is at the perfect location, 4 mins from the train station and right at the start of the buzzing city centre. The room was very modern and comfortable with very friendly staff at reception who spoke great English. The spread at the breakfast was not very fancy but had everything you would need to fuel up and the staff even prepared a crepe on demand.

Hotel is situated on perfect place for tourists. Everything is on walking distance . Tram station is on 2 min.

When there are less people in the hotel, breakfast takes a bit more time , because is served. Even that ladies responsible are very smiles and polite.

Perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to the train station. Espark shopping mall is 2 minutes away and to get to the lovely river area with all the restaurants is less than 10 minutes. The rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed, tea / coffee station and fridge , bathroom is spacious. Beautiful views of the city from the room . Checking in early was no problem at all

There was no coffee at breakfast ( I am not a tea drinker ) wifi a little slow at times but nothing serious

Fantastic hotel, with very new facilities, and amazing rooms. The staff is very friendly as well. The location is at the heart of the city, and within walking distance to shopping districts & bars & restaurants. It definitely exceeded my expectations.

The hotel has a car parking (uses a public car parking for free), but not right in front of or under the hotel. It's 5 mins walking distance & it's better if you call the hotel beforehand for details if you're travelling by car.

The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, offering a delightful ambiance. The hotel's central location allowed for easy access to the mall and park, both within walking distance.

Parking turned out to be quite a challenge as the roads in front of the hotel didn't allow car access due to the tram. Moreover, the reception staff only did the bare minimum to welcome us, leaving room for improvement in their hospitality.

The only issue with the hotel is the arrival/departure & parking, as it is located in a pedestrian zone. We were offered free parking just 100m away, which was great, but in case of older people, children, or heavy luggage, there is no way to drive by or stop in front of the hotel.

It's in the heart of the city. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel is new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They've got an arrangement with a nearby private parking parking called ParkPlus and it's free for hotel guests.

WiFi was very unreliable. When I called to ask if there's any problem with the wifi, they said it's usual when there are many guests using it.
