The staff are very helpful and attentive. They always have a smile even when we tested their patience a little bit. :) Christina was amazing- she actually helped us in the middle of her break and did it with a smile. If I was attending another live show at the Hard Rock, this would definitely be my choice hotel. The rooms are pretty spacious- we rented two rooms for seven people (three in one, four in the other) and everyone reported that they were comfortable. The hotel is clean, and I had no complaints for our stay. The breakfast left a lot to be desired, but this is with most "breakfast" at chain hotels. They did not have as many offerings as I have seen at other places, but it was not bad. Coffee was ok. It does seem like the boiled eggs were more than a few days old as the yolk was near white vs. the normal color of yellow.

There is not one thing that I can say that we did not like- overall a pretty good experience. One thing that I would implore the hotel to do is to add some slip resistant stickers or something in the tub as we almost slipped in the tub after using body wash- it makes the tub slippery. I ended up putting a towel down when I showered, and this did the trick.

I want to add that Mrs. Rupa the lobby representative, gave me an excellent treat when I arrived at the Hotel. It was so wonderful as I arrived at noon and the log-in was until 3:00 pm but she was so kind to let me in early as I had traveled 8hrs from San Diego to Sacramento and needed a place to stay and have a rest and Rupa supported me to accomplish that. I wanted to thank Rube as she is an excellent host. Looking for solutions for any traveler visiting Conforn In Hotel. Warm Regards Salvador G.

The staff was very nice. We had 2 parties and she booked us next to each other. Great price if you plan on going to hard rock or the amphitheatre. 9 min drive away. Don't have to pay outrageous prices at the hard rock. I will definitely be staying at this location alot more for concerts and events.

Outside.. the location wasn't in the best place... Lot of homeless by the Walmart across the street. But hotel was still clean and safe.

I love the two ladies in the front that help me out! I appreciate it all the help while I was there for a concert! Also like the clean lady name Sarah. She help me get into my room! I love my room it was so clean.

I don’t like key into my room! It always deactivate on me ! I would have to go downstairs to the front desk !

Comfortable room with comfy bed. Good air conditioning unit. Very nice staff

Much closer to freeway than it appeared on the Booking map. Checked in on a 105 degree day and wanted to use the indoor pool - which was heated! Seems sensible to stop using the heater in the summer.

The staff was super friendly. The room was more than I expected. What I thought would be 1 room with 2 queen beds, was actually a small apartment. We had a living room area, and 2 bedrooms. The beds were super amazing. Comfortable and soft. I slept really good. The AC in the bedrooms were amazing and they had controlled window blinds.

The only thing that I would say, and this is just being nit picky was that there was no AC or fan in the living room area.

Two desk clerks were exceptionally Nice when I arrived, the lady who checked me in was really sweet. She said she had just started working there 10 days ago and when I checked out the woman was so nice. I talked to her for a few minute her name was Rupa very sweet very intelligent

I liked how my wife and I could get a good night rest. This Comfort Inn on North Beale RD. is way cool and has a gym and a washer and dryer.

My wife and I did not enjoy vagrancy with people waiting outside the building.

Nice simple property staff was great free breakfast came in handy not the greatest but at least we got to eat something and had coffee

The only hiccup with the stay, was when we arrived and checked in the key, didn’t work to let you into the facility or into the room. But the staff was quick to correct it and all was good.
