I enjoyed my overall stay at the Hilton Tia was absolutely amazing during our time for breakfast! Very attentive to us and our kids! Counter staff was equally great and took great care of us

Booking.com gave some problems to the point that we had to pay extra money for the complementary breakfast. it seemed a but unfair but policy is policy and the staff handled explaining it to me well! Nonetheless I would book here multiple times and have found a nice hotel home for a while. Regardless of the hiccup that had nothing to do with this property.

I DID NOT HAVE BREAKFAST. HOWEVER, I WAITED 30 MINUTES FOR A CHICKEN CAESAR SALAD ONE EVENING AND THERE WAS MAYBE ONE PERSON IN FRONT OF ME. THE SALAD WAS GOOD, BUT THE SERVICE WAS TERRIBLE. YOU COULD DO A WHOLE LOT BETTER WITH A BETTER KITCHEN STAFF.

THE SLOW SERVICE. THE HIGH PRICE OF THE FOOD AND SNACKS. THE HOTEL CHECK-IN PERSON WAS ALSO SLOW.

The room was so nice and comfortable. The bed and pillows were so comfortable . A perfect shower head and great water pressure

The downstairs bathroom by the conference room we were in did not smell good it smelled like sewer. The coffee pods in the room just weren’t very good quality coffee.

We needed a place to stay for a soccer tournament. The hotel was easy to find and in a safe location, which was the main selling point. Staff was friendly and check-in was easy. For the price point, the hotel was phenomenal, and I would have expected to pay a little more honestly!

Overpriced snacks and low water pressure, but that's to be expected at any hotel!

We enjoyed the property overall because it’s new, but what made it outstanding was the staff. Every person we came into contact with was friendly and the ladies that served at the kitchen were the best! They went above and beyond. We’ll be back!

The only thing that I can think of is that it appeared that only one elevator was in use.

Clean, friendly, nice size rooms, easy to freeway, and nice firm beds!

Tried to order dinner from the hotel grill. VERY slow. Walked away after waiting. Perhaps training on being cordial; letting people know "I see you, and thank you for being patient!" ♡♡

The hotel's location was perfect. The staff was wonderful, and the breakfast with a special chef was phenomenal. You can tell the staff loves what they do.

our room 307, the bathroom door was off the sliding hinge. was able to put back but part of the door was still broken. other than that it was great.

The property was clean and the staff was nice and welcoming, room was clean and linen was perfectly white and stain free

beds were a little firmer than expected but I’ll take a firm bed and a clean room over a soft bed and a questionable room

The room had footprints on floor upon coming in & the bathroom had a few spots that were missed. But overall it was a nice stay/room.
