I was very impressed with how clean the hotel was. The rooms were spotless. Such a nice atmosphere. The bed was extremely comfortable. This is a family run Hotel so the pride of ownership really shows. I would stay here again.

Breakfast was sad. The toaster did not work so having a Bagel with cream cheese or toast was non existent. Pancake machine also was sitting on the counter but it to was broken. When I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk he sent a lady into the breakfast room to check it out. As if no one had ever mentioned this before. A Waffle House is just across the Hwy so all is not lost.

The room was clean and well-maintained, with a fresh and inviting atmosphere. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night’s sleep. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist with anything needed. One of the highlights was the breakfast—there were plenty of options to choose from, catering to different tastes. The overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable, making it a great choice for both leisure and business travelers. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Good Stay, But Needs Better Shower Supplies The room was clean and comfortable, but the shower lacked basic essentials like shampoo and soap. It would be more convenient if these were properly stocked.

One bedroom king suite was huge. Sofa bed was actually not bad. Breakfast was good, good variety and tasty. Employees very friendly and helpful.

One heating unit was broken which we didn't discover until late on in the evening so not much could be done. Front desk clerk was very helpful, she offered to move us to another room or bring a space heater. As we were in a one bedroom king suite there was another unit in the sitting area, which adequately kept both areas comfortable. If we would have been in a regular room it would have been a major problem!

Breakfast Was Great! Respectful & Attentive Staff. Maria Was Very Helpful From The Time We Walked In To The Time We Walked Out. She Knows How To Hold A Conversation With Guests. Her Customer Service Skills Are Amazing. I Can’t Remember The Guys Name But Me & My Fiancé Went Swimming Around 9p & When We Got To Our Room, Our Key Didn’t Work & The Guy Had To Try Multiple Keys Because The Door Just Wouldn’t Open. He Went Back & Forth Up & Down Stairs Multiple Times To Make Sure We Were Taken Care Of. He Went Above & Beyond To Make Sure We Were Able To Get Back Into Our Room. He Was Going To Give Us Another Room But Since We Were Leaving The Next Morning, It Was Fine. We Just Needed To Get In Our Room For The Night. This Is Not Our First Time Staying At Holiday Inn Express & It Wont Be Our Last. My Fiancé & I Takes A Trip Down To Mississippi Every Year For The Past 4 Years & We Always Stay At The Holiday Inn.

First, the AC goes down to 60! Secondly, our room had a ceiling fan!!! That was amazing and so appreciated afyer we just spent 7 hours on a motorcycle on 90 degree heat! The bed linens were so soft and crisp, the bed and pillows were great. The room was very clean! The staff checking in and put were great. One negative, 1 water, 1 Gatorade and a lemonade was $14. Thats very expensive even for a hotel.

The bottled drinks were extremely pricey even for a hotel.

I love the fact that they had a great breakfast option. My husband doesn’t eat pork. They had turkey sausage and that was absolutely awesome. I love that we had full room service each day upon request and the hotel staff were super nice and pleasant to deal with.

The $50 hold on each road that was not disclosed to us in the rental agreement through Booking.com but I have to ask stay it was well worth it

Liked that check-in was smooth and easy, as was check out. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. Liked the overhead “night light” features, and finally the hotels proximity to the interstate exit.

The fridge was leaking and no one ever reprised it or gave us an update. Additionally, they had no blankets or comforters the first night for us to use with the sleeper sofa. The breakfast was not very good. The a/c remained at this luke-cool temp that made our bedding almost feel damp.

The courtesy and attentiveness of the receptionist in helping me with a check-in issue. I wished that I had gotten his name. He did a wonderful job with troubleshooting the issue. We need more people like him in the hospitality industry.

I wished that the turkey sausages were fried a little bit and not just heated.

There was a good variety of hot and cold choices. The dining area was very clean consistently monitored by the staff. Some critics would complain about the egg patties,sausage patties, but they were delicious. I thanked the lady for her outstanding effort in ensuring a good (free) breakfast.

The only think I missed was bacon. NO big deal

Easy access location. Property is clean. Rooms are very spacious, light & clean. Bedding is super soft on comfortable beds. Rooms even have ceiling fans.

We were behind a man checking in for 10 rooms & the employee seemed overwhelmed & confused himself making the process longer than it should’ve been.
