This was a great hotel. Breakfast was lovely. The room was fantastic. Very comfortable, clean and facilities. I had a massage which was just wonderful.

Only stayed one but the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is close to restaurants and shopping. Ideal to explore the region and then go to Hanoi or Hai Long Bay.

The guests stayed in the room above us, making so much noise, we even can hear them turned the TV on the whole night.

Good hotel, WIFI worked well, hot shower, great helpful staff and easy transportation _ taxi and Grab in front of hotel and very inexpensive.
